Had
a
little
bit
of
a
problem
with
a
mobile
order
today.
I
had
a
friend
put
through
a
mobile
order
that
I
went
to
pick
up.
I
let
them
know
the
name
at
the
speaker
and
they
said
it
was
fine
so
when
I
got
to
the
window
I
expected
the
order
to
be
there
but
it
wasn't.
Important
context:
I
didn't
have
a
screenshot
initially
of
the
order
because
I
hadn't
placed
the
order.
This
wasn't
so
much
the
problem;
mistakes
happen.
I
don't
really
know
if
it
was
the
app
or
the
location's
mistake
but
the
person
at
the
drive-thru
window
was
kind
in
trying
to
figure
it
out.
I
answered
all
her
questions,
and
was
mostly
just
confused,
until
the
blonde
manager
(?)
came
to
the
window.
She,
was
not
kind.
She
said
if
it
was
a
drink
or
two
normally
they
would
just
do
it
(It
was
two
drinks)
but
since
I
didn't
have
the
app
they
weren't
going
to.
There
are
kind
ways
to
speak
to
people,
and
there
are
rude,
eye
rolling
and
disdainful
ways
to
talk
to
people.
The
manager
chose
the
latter.
I
asked
my
friend
for
a
screenshot
and
showed
them
that
and
it
turns
out
it
was
not
our
mistake
(sent
to
right
location
etc).
Really
didn't
appreciate
the
treatment
from
the
manager
and
the
scorn
but
that
was
from
one
single
employee.
Maybe
she's
having
a
bad
day.
Thanks
to
the
drive-thru
worker
who
got
our
order
ready
quickly
when
they
realized.
