    I waited in the drive-thru for close to ten minutes , a bit long . I love the pup cups & my dog is always excited to have one . Coffee tasted great and friendly service .

    The staff in this location are top notch. Tyler is one of the most caring barista I’ve experienced around the globe. He is memorable, kind, detailed and so passionate. Staff like this are reasons why a business Wolf succeed. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend

    I cannot recommend this Starbucks at all. Today I went to this location 3:50pm I waited about half an hour and didn't get my drink until 4:26pm. No one was checking on my order even I went and asked them twice. They kept saying' Just wait it will be ready soon. We got so many mobile orders. ' But I could see many people get their drinks a few minutes later. Even the guy who came in 30 minutes later than me! I was so upset because no one apologized about my time wasted for over half an hour. The lady who took my order just asked me to get refund. Another staff offered me to get the drink at the pick-up table which left there for more than 30 minutes even with some other person's name on. I think they have no training of basic professionalism. When they made a mistake, shouldn't they apologize customers about the inconvenience at least?

    I ordered a Grande Iced Matcha Latte with an extra cold foam in a venti cup, but I only got half a latte. Abi made this for me and she said it wouldn't be a full cup because I asked for no ice. She shakes the matcha with ice, but I don't think that's the standard. I've ordered this latte many times and I've never had this problem. Her explanation was mean to me, which made me feel worse. I even gave her a $2 tip, but her service was not worth it. I was very disappointed with this ordering experience. I will not be spending money at this store again.

    The drinks were good, pretty sure we ordered one of our drinks hot and one iced, gave us both hot, told them one was supposed to be iced, the lady at the window was nice but another lady came and said "this is what you ordered but we can make it iced if you want", appreciate all the help and everything, but she made a not-so-nice face; as if she was disgusted by us- not a nice interaction! Being immigrants, might have been an accent issue with us, but we just wanted our coffee how we liked- there was no need for making us feel that way

    So glad Starbucks finally provide a tip options for its customers to benefit staff!! It actually makes me want to come to this location more than other coffee spots because I love the product and love the amazing customer service and think the staff should be rewarded! Thank you for this change!

    There has been a noticeable depreciation in the volume of their coffee products. Over the past number of times we've noticed that products that do not come in a see through container are only about 3/4 full. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

    Pre-ordering is available at this location and there is also a drive-thru. Parking lot is combined with CIBC and the gas station. This location is a big bigger with plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your food/beverage. Drinks come out fairly quickly despite busy times as there is always a couple of baristas making drinks for the drive-thru and counter service.

    Don't give this place your money. Staff/management are known for being rudely elitist in very strange ways. If your drink is wrong, you can expect to be met with snickers and suspicion. We have been going here several times a week for years until recently. There are other shops, even other Starbucks stores that do deserve your business. This just is one of them.

    Never really bother reviewing but it's worth saying that this is the best Starbucks around- always fast, friendly and today was crazy backed up but you wouldn't tell from the speed these demons were moving at. Go to this one.

    A brand well known for its coffee and accessories. Although I am not a coffee fan as I am a tea person, however whenever on road trips, I prefer to carry Starbucks coffee while on the wheel.

    Had a little bit of a problem with a mobile order today. I had a friend put through a mobile order that I went to pick up. I let them know the name at the speaker and they said it was fine so when I got to the window I expected the order to be there but it wasn't. Important context: I didn't have a screenshot initially of the order because I hadn't placed the order. This wasn't so much the problem; mistakes happen. I don't really know if it was the app or the location's mistake but the person at the drive-thru window was kind in trying to figure it out. I answered all her questions, and was mostly just confused, until the blonde manager (?) came to the window. She, was not kind. She said if it was a drink or two normally they would just do it (It was two drinks) but since I didn't have the app they weren't going to. There are kind ways to speak to people, and there are rude, eye rolling and disdainful ways to talk to people. The manager chose the latter. I asked my friend for a screenshot and showed them that and it turns out it was not our mistake (sent to right location etc). Really didn't appreciate the treatment from the manager and the scorn but that was from one single employee. Maybe she's having a bad day. Thanks to the drive-thru worker who got our order ready quickly when they realized.

    The drink I got was not the one I ordered. Ordered a Trenta Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew but got an Unsalted one. The special thing of this drink is the salted flavour but you didn’t make my day. Unfortunately, I need to give you 1 star to encourage you guys!

    Drinks are always served perfectly and staff nice. However, the addition of tips in the drive-thru is annoying. Usually I tap and go but now I have to awkwardly press "no tip" just to be able to pay for my drink. The drinks are already 7+ dollars it's ridiculous how everything has to have a tip nowadays.

    My boyfriend and I got a Strawberry Açai Refresher and a Salter Caramel Cream Cold Brew, and it was the absolute best that we ever tasted from Starbucks. Absolute 10/10 experience and quick service! Absolutely amazing.

    This is more for the drive through kind of starbuck. The inside is fine, clean, nicely organized and your typical setting. The services are courteous and professional. Nothing to complaint.
