Couple things to mention about this location: the service is mostly great, orders are 75/25 made correctly/incorrectly. So it’s hit and miss unfortunately, hate to say it because some of the staff there are wonderful. The asphalt is a mess with big holes in the drive thru. But the WORST thing about this location is how disruptive it is to the community- the owner has the big refrigerated delivery truck come at 6am a minimum of two days a week, idling VERY loudly in the parking lot. I’m not kidding when I say I can hear and feel the vibration inside my house. At 6am!! It goes on for 45 mins +/-. It makes me want to move house. That is pushing the limit of the noise by-law if not outright breaking it. The owner should be more respectful of the many people living around his business.

Was over charged for an extra large double/double. Usually pay $2.67 at other locations. This location charged me $2.78. When asked when the prices went up, she just shrugged and mumbled something un-intelligible. I sent an email to head office about this. Today I went to a usual Tim's and paid the usual $2.67. Guess my server made a unwarranted tip!! Not pleased at all.

Mediocre. Very busy in the mornings. Slow lineups. 500ml chocolate milk costs $4.00. That's unheard-of. Coffee doesn't seem to be fresh. It's a shames since this location is very close to where I live. I recently switched to McDs for my coffee, which in my opinion, is worth the extra drive.

I'm here daily! I have been to my fair share of timmy's( Tim Hortons)restaurants my fellow Canadians i'm sure can relate 👍🤣. Tim's is for the most part known for the best coffee . Me personally when I came to a restaurant i want to be treated with respect and kindness an of course give the same in return . My go to every day is the Sackville Drive , A good 90 - 95% of the time You are greeted very warmly with a smiling an kind words , unfortunately like most things it has those few that should really not be in (my opinion) working with the public at all , an honestly for me that can stop a person from going back . The dine-in is closed Right now for Covid19 pandemic , of which i really hope it ends soon!

I ate here after hiking at long lake. Having a loaded steak wrap and got a really bad food poisoning. Diarrhea and throwing up, ruined my vacation as I'm travelling from overseas. would give a zero star or negative rating, the worst food poisoning I've ever had. update its been 10 hrs and I'm still having severe diarrhea

No chili at supper on a rainy day…needs more planning and preparation. Staff was helpful, courteous and very observant, a pleasure to experience!

We placed an order for two drinks and the lady taking order was so rude she did not even gave enough time to us to think and order items and then she punched wrong size, when we corrected her tone was so rude and treated us very badly. Would like to advise to be nice jn future if you are working as a customer service.

Friendly staff coffee was great 👍 seems like one of the happiest coffee shops I've been in a while.

It was a Tim Hortons. Was a great stopping place to warm up and have a snack while waiting for Halifax traffic to calm. Place was clean, food was good

Wow experience due to the fact that they provide chicken rolls for me as free.
