    I came here at 5:50pm and order a tea and a coffee. There was no sugar in the coffee or tea which was suppose to be 3 sugars in each and suppose to be sweet. Upon asking the lady asked to be say please to make new and I haven’t been or something. I politely told her that there is sugar in the tea or coffee. She is so rude and she have done this first time to me.

    I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons thanks to their exceptional employee named Harsh. His service was friendly and efficient, and the employee went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect. I truly appreciate their dedication and positive attitude. It's employees like these that make visiting Tim Hortons a pleasure.

    Worst experience ever. Order cup of coffee and ice water. They will charge it. One local stuff is really rude. The India stuff is really nice.

    This was the worst experience I ever had at Tim Hortons, Canada. I was remained unattended even after waiting for 15 mins in queue before my order was to be placed. I also asked one of the staff member who was present at counter about taking order to which she replied in a extremely rude way.I will never recommend Tim Hortons to my friends ever. Also, I will not going to visit that place again. I think WHITE STAFF need to learn how to treat other nationalities well. Indian Staff is way better. We are paying MONEY to buy stuff from Tim Hortons so white staff needs to learn how to treat customers. Should have at least basic manners. But I am really disappointed.

    I've never had an issue with the staff, they are nice and accommodating. However the app is never compatible with what the store serves. There have been a couple times when I've made an order on the app, only to show up to an incomplete order because the app doesn't reflect what the location is actually able to serve. This is 100% on the app and not the store or its workers. The app needs to be able to reflect what the workers are capable of doing. If you're looking to order it's worth it to stand in line so you can see what they have as the app isn't accurate.

    The young lady that served me this morning , i go there every day for 10 years lost my order while talking to her friends and serving and forgetting me and my bagel . I was late for opening my store. So rude and banging this around she was mad she is suppose to be a manager???

    I was waiting at the register to be served. Understandably, the cashier was serving someone/getting their coffee ready. But an employee came from the back area and rang themselves a large Ice Capp, while I was waiting to be served! Doesn’t seem like good customer service to serve yourself before someone else, especially in front of them.

    The guy who’s serving me my food touches money and asked him to please change your gloves or remove it but instead of listening he decided to argue. Funny how people are not knowing the standard. Simple thing like that should be followed . By the way the doughnut I bought is for my 18th month old baby . I hope you guys train your employees properly. Plus he don’t want to give his name to me, but I can identify him his wearing a piece of gold earring and clear gold eye glasses.

    This Tim Horton’s has always given me the worst customer service. There are a few senior employees working there who gets annoyed at everything. I asked them to heat up my pastry and this was the reply “ Oh my god seriously? “ and gave me a very annoyed face. The store wasn’t busy at all. I am an employee at the mall and visit there frequently. And this isn’t the first time that I was shown an attitude.
