This is the Tim Hortons where I got the worst experience. I ordered my drink online and went to the pick up place, but the staff - a lady told me they didn’t have the drink. I asked if I could order something else as I waited in a queue for a long time, but she rolled her eyes on me🙄🙄🙄, and ask another lady to deal with the refund directly. For sure, I will never go there again.

Long wait only to be told most of their machine are broken and zero options available off their menu. Staff are all training and most dont speak english well and cant understand people wearing a mask-skip this location for elsewhere

The staff here are excellent. There are huge lineups multiple times a day and they handle it well every time. I came to rely on their quick service for much my degree. The product itself is average Tim's coffee and bakery fare. It's not gourmet, but it's cheap and easily available.

I ordered a chipotle loaded steak wrap but the wrap had barely any steak and no rice! If you didn't have the ingredients you could've told me BEFORE I paid for my food. I went back to get a refund but was berated by the old woman who made sure to talk loud enough for everyone to hear. Completely unprofessional. They're also currently training staff there so the service is at a snail's pace. Go to another Tim's if you have the choice.

The staff at this Tims disservice some kind of award. Fast and efficient is their normal pace. Doesn't matter how big the line up is you won't wait long. They have my respect.

For the volume of people this Tim Hortons serves daily, their service is always quick and the food is always delicious. The line is never short, which makes sense considering it’s on a university campus. Staff are friendly!

The guy who made my coffee was nice and it turned out fine, but there was some lady working (I assume the supervisor) who was yelling at both the employees and some of the customers... really not something you want to see, and I feel bad for the people being yelled at. Don't come later in the day because they have no iced coffee, barely any food, and you're not going to have a good time. Will probably only come to this location again if I'm desperate; I'd rather go out of my way to find another place to buy my coffee.

Nothing better than a quick coffee from Tims when you're in a hurry between lectures.

I went to the Dal Student Union Outlet, it seems the staff doesnt know the difference between butter and cream cheese. Pathetic
