Kind of a silly name for a park, but I LOVE this place: its peaceful, has some lovely trails, and has some wild areas which are truly wild. A GREAT urban park: a wonderful addition to the south end of Halifax!!!

I go to this trail for jogging and walking nearly every day. Such a good Trail for having a good walk in fresh air and watching some sunset.
