Had a wonderful experience here -the food was authentic and incredible. I appreciated how the focus was on the utmost quality and not quantity. The presentations were stunning. The Fattoush salad was the best I have ever had. All of the ingredients were as fresh as could be. To drink I asked for a mocktail that was fruity and tart and the bartender nailed it! 5 star experience and I'd definitely say it is a must try!

My husband and I invited our closest friends and family for our daughter’s Baptism celebration. Au Liban literally rolled out the red carpet! From Service to Food and even dietary accommodations as well welcoming our young children with open arms. They worked seamlessly with outside vendors to ensure our event went off without a hitch! I have enjoyed Lebanese cuisine around the world and being Lebanese myself; I can confidently say this is the best I’ve had! Don’t miss out!

Absolutely delicious! The flavors of this fresh and authentic Lebanese cuisine took me back to my time spent in Lebanon. My friends and I had a pleasant and delightful dining experience. The G-signature drink was heavenly and the Kibbe Nayye dish was tender and packed with flavor! The ambiance was cozy and inviting with the stunning Gothic/modern interior! – a true gem for Lebanese food lovers in Halifax!

Wow wow wow. One of the best Lebanese places I have been all over North America. Kibbeh nayeh was superb and a huge portion (yet we ate it all!). Lamb chops perfectly tender. Even tabouleh was better than most. The only dish that didnt shine was the ribeye on hummus warm mezza. Not because it wasnt good, it was because all other dishes were that much more wow! Karam maison red wine by the glass. It maybe entry level, but was delicious. Great job chef George! Was a pleasure to meet you and taste your food.

Dropped by Au Liban for a Friday night meal. My dining partner and I decided to forgo our individual entrees and order a few mezes. We tried the Grape Leaves, Au Liban Hummus, Halloumi and Calamari. All the food was tasty, I particularly enjoyed the Halloumi and my partner loved the hummus. They were able to substitute fresh vegetables for pita to accommodate gluten-free diners.

Recently, we ate at AuLiban for the first time and were very touched by the warm welcome from the owner and, of course, the excellent food. The Hummus with Pesto was especially delicious (first time eating the great mix) and everything was perfect. From Moroccan family and Aya

The food here is AMAZING. Everything is delicious. Went with a group and we shared a number of mezza plates. The potatoes, the calamari, the dips - not sure if I could pick a favourite. Beautiful atmosphere - and great patio in the summer. The staff and owners are all very welcoming and attentive. Can’t go wrong!
