Love this store and shop here frequently. Staff are always lovely -until today. Leola Is very unpleasant and should work behind the scenes and not interact with the public because she’s awful.

the manger rose was not friendly at all and action very rude and yelling in customers faces and would not tell with the mistake that manger on A paying customers are bring ban and beward of hand in hand on herring cove rd not the same anymore and there is nothing inside there anymore and parking lot is not filled up anymore this store is run by vaule village staff now that hate customers my store experienced was not great in september i was treat not well inside us A customer and paid for 3 jeans and store play A game that they del bill off there computers and they did not do nothing about and manger told to please leave the store and you are not welcome here anymore i try to be kind and much better store is the salvation army in bedford and mission mart in lower sackvalle and no longer welcome at vaule village stores too and hand in hand is not A great store anymore and they dont have nothing inside all the same item and manger rose is well know from mission mart in bayer lake were she used to work us A second manger action very rude to customers and Rose the manger used to be door manger at bayer lake vaule village store banning customers in covid 19 in 2019 and everyone does beware of her and stay away from rose when you check out and she has meath heath angery problem control think and have lock up there try on room for good for problem they had when paid customers .. dont supported them anymore and let them go out of busniess and we dont need rude stores in halifax ns

Woman at the cash was unbelievably rude. I was just trying to pay, didn’t say thank you, got angry at me when the debit machine wouldn’t work and turned around when I said thank you with a glare. Cute stuff but wow, won’t be back after that attitude? Was just trying to support a local business.

The staff here are excellent, and not much selection for menswear here unfortunately. That being said , you can find a treasure trove of great books, CDS and very friendly staff. The elderly lady on the second floor is a real sweet lady. Super kind and always nice to talk to.
