The air conditioning has been broken for two years…it’s 32° inside. They don’t tell you before you travel for days to get there and are stranded. So I would not recommend unless it’s winter, then it’s probably fine.

You get what you pay for. Staying at Juno Tower ruined my week-long trip. The room was literally 30 degrees and smelled overpoweringly like an old man's cologne. The one time my room was cleaned, it smelled like a dirty mop bucket / stale urine and they didn't change my facecloth or bathmat. There was a kitchenette, but no dishes, no cutlery, no soap, no filter for the drip coffee maker. The phone in the room did not work and could not be repaired. Front desk staff said the air conditioning in the building has been broken for two years, yet this was not communicated to me prior to my stay. Redeeming qualities: great price, convenient location, mini-fridge and microwave, high ceilings, comfy bed (though impossible to sleep due to the heat). Recommend not staying here during the summer months.

Incredible poor management by the civilian staff. Base accommodations CoC backs them up and doesn't give a hoot about members shafted here. I was ordered to move out because they said that I had a posting and needed to find housing on the economy. I had 2 weeks to not only house hunt and move in, but to also buy all the furniture I would need. I tried to claim expenses afterwards and was told that I'm actually still attach posted and had no authorization for a move, so I'm out of pocket for all my expenses. Then when my full posting actually came in, BGRS denied my move because I was "already living at my place of employment and secured housing", so there was nothing for them to do. The lack of ownership for mistakes is stunning and I'm going public because I've been dealing with their ineptitude for a year now. Yet another example of the pitiful excuse for military admin.

Wildly unorganized. Civilian staff are the human form of apathy. Did not receive what I was entitled to based on a mistake on their end and was told I was basically SOL.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary here, and they certainly made it special. The staff is wonderful, and the atmosphere is stunning. The bathrooms in the rooms are so luxe and also functional with everything you need too. I would definitely definitely stay here again, and I'm so happy we chose this place for our special occasion.

Excellent place to stay and love the security of being on the base. Also so close to the boardwalk. Best bang for your buck.

It was too warm in the room and thermostat wouldn't lower heat. The open window gave some comfort. The rooms are quite spacious with microwave, fridge, and sink. Lots of storage space. Large TV. The bed was a double. Not too bad of sleep. A short walk down the hall to breakfast, low cost, good food. Carts for luggage. Shampoo and soap provided. Clean and well stalked bathroom. My only complaint is the man at the reception. His demeanor was low. When approached, he acted irritated by everything and everyone. There were no positive comments about him from our group.

Military accommodations. On par with the standard offering from a commercial hotel. For vets and military personnel only.

On hot days like we had recently, the room is very hot, no air conditioning, no ventilation, no fan. - And no ice bucket.

AC was broken. It was somehow 27 degrees in my room even though it’s only 20 degrees outside. Pillows are classic Canadian Forces CORCAN flat pancakes. Found tons of someone else’s long black hair on my bathroom floor and towels, so not sure when the last time was it was swept. I’ve definitely stayed in worse military shacks, but I thought this was supposed to be one of the nicer ones?

Juno Tower is living quarters for the military posted or visiting. What more can I say, it is what it is.

This is not a hotel. This is an office tower on a military base. Run down and old, but kept well.
