Was my birthday. Had a nice dish of pasta. The waitress was very nice. The music could have been better. What ever they were playing was not very good and it was too loud. Did get a free dessert and spin the wheel for a free appetizer.

Overall it was a nice experience, but when I arrived no one attended to me as I walked in. I was clearly unsure of what seating was available & had to call out to one of the many waiters/waitresses who kept bypassing me before I got directions on seating on the patio. Once seated, everything else went pretty well. The chicken wings were quite good & our waiter was friendly.

The location is downtown so hard to find parking. For me that's a big thing. The wait staff r great. Melissa is the one who served my table. The wait for food n coordination of bringing the food to the table was out of whack. 3 of us ordered all-you-can-eat wings n the wait between each order was too much. Overall it's an OK experience.

Good place for drinks. Famous for their thundermug . Food is sometimes great not always. Wings a big no .

Came for lunch on a hot day, no A/C was running. Vegetarian pasta didn't have many veggies in it, and it was quite spicy. Lunch menu portions are not very big.

Wonderful service. Each part of order came in timely* matter. Delicious buy one take one home choices. Clean eatery and bathroom.

Too small of portions for the price, waiter didn't even notice we weren't served, food wasn't cooked properly, I've been to better east side marios , but the bread is always the upside .

One of mine and my wife’s favourite places. We go every Friday or Saturday :) their food is always right on spot and even better every time we come here! Theirs an awesome worker named Kayla, we’ve had her a few times before, she’s our favourite waitress! :) awesome food and amazing staff as always <3

I love the food and drinks so much here but honestly the service can be awful. If you go when it's busy (e.g., a Friday or Saturday night), expect to be waiting around for somebody to finally get to your table to take orders. I normally don't mind long wait times but for a place that does all you can eat after 9, you probably only get an opportunity to order twice before the kitchen closes. I will say that the food is excellent, servers are usually nice enough, and their patio is fantastic on the roof in the summer. Something to keep in mind is that if you want the all you can eat soup, you can't eat on the patio. The servers can't carry soup bowls up the stairs for safety reasons.

Service was very rushed and felt very impersonal. It took about 25 minutes minimum to receive a replacement order of all you can eat wings. It was a very disappointing experience, which is too bad because with prior management things were a lot more satisfactory. I'm hoping my experience with Pamela next time is a little more pleasant.
