Staff should be more polite and friendly. Their behaviour towards the customers is not professional. It seems that they are tired and don’t like to give service to customers. Although I will continue using Apple products as it is my favourite brand, I will never go back to this specific store because of the staff who are not helpful and informative at all and haven’t been trained how to talk to the customers.

I was there to replace my apple watch band on Sunday July 03, 2022. I have apple care+. I paid for that band 150 $ plus tax and it’s completely ripped off (real leather). I read on the apple website the cases like mine was covered from apple care+ (I didn’t know that). Manager who was in charge that day a lady was so rude with me, not professional at all and she doesn’t know how to treat costumers! She said this is normal and you are not covered from apple care plus to replace the band. I went home and I called the apple and they replaced for me the band for free ( I did the request online) in two days my band was delivered from fedex ( zero charge). The “manager” from apple store in Halifax seems she doesn’t know the policy how it works. At least don’t be rude with people and don’t hate people who asking for your help there. One of these days I will come in person to show you on the face what you did with me that day and will show you the proof I got the band replaced online with apple for 0 charge!!! If I could I will give you 0 stars!

I visited the Apple Center on Sunday, and it turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had at an Apple Center anywhere in the world. Robin, who attended to us, was extremely rude, and I clearly witnessed what appeared to be an "act of racism" on her part. At first, we thought she might be under pressure or that we had misunderstood, so we tried to overlook it. However, just a few minutes later, when she came over to clean my wife's iPhone, she exhibited the same behavior again and didn't even check the iPhone problem properly. We reported this problem to the manager, but to our dismay, he sided with Robin and stated that he didn't believe she had behaved that way. He didn't even consider the possibility that we might be correct and asked Robin about her behavior, further reinforcing our frustration. I fear they may continue treating others in this manner, as they seem confident that no one can challenge them since they are the only Apple center in the entire maritime region. I'm deeply disappointed!

Staff broke my iPhone that was under warranty and refused to replace or fix the issue. Wouldn’t even admit that they broke it which was absurd, it wasn’t damaged and worked fine when I brought it in, then tried to get me to buy a brand new one instead. Thankfully I talked to service and they were very apologetic for the mishap and agreed to replace it. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. 0 stars would be more appropriate like the last review said.

Visited this store to purchase an iPhone 13 pro. No one in that store approached me and I was like waiting for 15-20 mins for someone to come and talk to me. Well it was busy day however I saw many CA-Geniuses standing still and talking to each other. Waved my hand couple of times and tried to talk to many Geniuses on the floor but no one gave an eff about what I really wanted. Finally a good Asian girl was there to help and I really got the service I wanted.

Props to Royal and Kayla for being the absolute best salespeople I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! My best friend and I have been in and out of this particular store multiple times recently and not only have they have both been extremely helpful in in answering any questions about any of the products, but also went above and beyond to even help us with gift-card complications. They are the best to ask for candid shopping advice as well as they both have your best interest in mind and shared the best bang for our buck instead of plugging us to the most expensive deal at the store, or try to upsell and make you buy the latest product with features you don't need. Whether its iPads, iPhones, MacBooks or AirPods, they're both extremely knowledgable and I highly recommend that you talk to either of them before purchasing an Apple product.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting an Apple store in my area, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped inside, it was evident that this Apple store was committed to providing top-notch customer service and creating a welcoming environment for technology enthusiasts like myself. The store's layout was sleek and modern, with clean lines and well-organized product displays that showcased Apple's latest innovations. The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement, and the knowledgeable staff members were readily available to assist customers with their inquiries. One of the standout features of this Apple store was the level of expertise demonstrated by the staff. Every employee I encountered was friendly, approachable, and incredibly well-informed about Apple's product range. They patiently answered all my questions, provided detailed explanations, and offered insightful recommendations based on my specific needs. The store's Genius Bar was another highlight of my visit. I had scheduled an appointment to troubleshoot an issue with my MacBook, and the Genius who assisted me was not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and understanding. He efficiently diagnosed and resolved the problem, all while taking the time to educate me about preventative measures and useful tips for maintaining my device. Furthermore, the store offered a range of interactive experiences that allowed customers to explore Apple's products in a hands-on manner. From trying out the latest iPhone models to testing the capabilities of the iPad Pro, these experiences were both educational and enjoyable. The staff members encouraged customers to interact with the devices, guiding them through the features and providing valuable insights along the way. Another aspect that stood out was the store's commitment to sustainability. Apple's dedication to reducing its environmental impact was evident throughout the store. From the use of energy-efficient lighting to the recycling stations available for customers to dispose of their old devices responsibly, the store's green initiatives were commendable. In terms of organization and efficiency, the Apple store excelled. Despite the high volume of customers, the store had a seamless checkout process that ensured minimal waiting time. The staff efficiently managed the flow of customers, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. In conclusion, my experience at this Apple store was nothing short of outstanding. The knowledgeable and friendly staff, the interactive experiences, and the commitment to sustainability all contributed to making my visit truly memorable. Whether you're an Apple enthusiast or simply in need of reliable technology and excellent service, I highly recommend visiting this Apple store. It is undoubtedly a shining example of Apple's dedication to providing a superior retail experience.

The small British sales associate had the audacity to suggest I purchase a new pair of thousand dollar headphones as a temporary replacement for the broken ones that they refuse to replace or fix in store, and then simply to return them in 15 days. That amounts to scamming Apple? Weird advice from an employee. Outrageously poor customer service. I heard him offering advice to a previous customer, which was to go to her cell phone provider and buy a new phone. Completely absurd. Apple’s draconian policies are one thing, but at this location specifically they have such pompous sales associates making outrageous suggestions. Probably why this location has such a low rating. I wish there was a rating lower than one star.

Apple provides a fantastic customer experience. From sales to the Genius Bar they had always met or exceeded my expectations. The ability to see and demo live units is what sets them apart from other companies. My partner was looking for earbuds but unsure how they would fit. Apple has demo units (and strict hygiene standards) this allowed us to find the proper fit for them without having to buy and try. My only complaint is a negative experience recently, it is usually such a great experience going to apple, but the associate we had was not very good!

If you’re going to this Apple Store for Customer Service pertaining to a damaged / defective product be prepared to be misled and talked down to. The staff don’t care to listen, have poor communication skills, and incredibly poor customer service skills. Instead of making any attempt whatsoever to rectify my issue, I was basically made to feel as if I was the problem and as if I was being untruthful. I’m not sure whether this is now common across all Apple Stores now, but the customer service is absolutely abysmal unless you’re simply looking to spend cash on a new product. Classic case of a billion dollar company losing touch with their customers.

On the positive side, the store looks nice and the employees I encountered were all genial. However, I had book an appointment at the “Genius” Bar about 2 weeks ahead. I the booking I said the battery needed to be replaced. I was there at the appointed time after driving an hour to the city then through traffic snarls and the construction site/parking lot to get to the mall entrance. The Apple store is pretty much at the opposite side and level from the main entrance. So I’m there and the “genius” says “l’ll just run a diagnostic to make sure there’s nothing else wrong.” Ten minutes later genius tells me “There’s nothing wrong, but you need a battery.” Fine. “And we don’t have any batteries in stock, so I’ll order one and it should be here in a few days.” So there was no point arguing with circumstance, so I said I would have to do that in the new year (as I wasn’t about to go through holiday shopping traffic for this). So, bummed, I drive out of the city through the same snarls etc. A few kilometres from home, an hour away from the Apple store, I got an email from the Apple store. They now have the battery I need, and if I come in within the next 5 days they’ll be happy to replace my battery. If I can’t be there by they, they can’t guarantee my battery will be there 🙁 From now on, I’ll find a local genius and eliminate the hard drive.

Thank you for reinforcing staying with samsung products. My son tried to have his faulty earpods replaced with his previously purchased apple care plan tonight. Both the CSR and assistant manager spoke over him multiple times and denied the warranty coverage. Very very poor customer service.

Front mic of 18 month old I-Pad stopped working, went to Genius Bar who ran all diagnostics and told me that the mic was non repairable. My options were to buy either a refurbished unit or buy new. Neither of there options were palatable. Went to GEEBO and they repaired the unit for free. The problem was the mic was dirty and they cleaned it.. working well.

Why does this store have 3+ greeters standing around doing nothing but when you walk in for repair you have to wait 2 hours for help? Make it make sense! I’m being punished because in order to make an appointment I had to enter a authentication code that I couldn’t get because the device was broken. No wonder IT people avoid apple.

My partner and I visited the Halifax store on the evening of Friday 07 October 22. Our intention was to purchase a new iPhone 14promax and a new Ipad. We were in the store in excess of 45 minutes. Looked at phones and IPads, walked around the store. There were lots of staff, but yet not one person approached us to see if we needed help, despite the fact several staff were aware we were in the store. In the end our plan to spend around $4k walked out the door with us. This is not the first time this has happened to us in this store. We are of an older generation, reasonable tech savvy, but have on past experience gotten the impression that the staff are not interested in serving people who fall in the “older age” bracket.

I lost my airpod case and went to this store to buy a new case. But the seller over the counter asked for the receipt of airpod to sell the new case. I didn't have the receipt because I got it 3 years ago. I am sure the seller man was a thief in an apple Tshirt and got suspicious to me over a airpod case! After a long argue over a 80 bucks case finally another seller helped me! The case was available online to purchase and this dude was crazy 😂😂

I had a very bad experience here. I’d experienced a tech issue with my iPhone, after it had reset itself after an update. This happened to take place a similar time to the iPhone 15 being released, so they were very busy. The chick at the door basically told me if I’m not there to buy the new iPhone to “just leave and call customer service”. Such a wonderful experience for existing customers!! That’s shameful. Customer service could not help me either, for the record. It ended up taking 2 or 3 weeks to figure it out on my own

Kim helped me buy and set up a new cellphone and was extremely helpful and kind. If I were just rating my experience with her, I’d easily give a 5/5. Other employees who checked in with us seemed a lot more interested in me leaving the store than taking the time to help figure out the issues we were having setting up the phone.

Love how quick and painless this store is. The staff are always helpful and friendly. If you need an Apple product stop in here and get it.

I came into the store to buy a computer. Let an associate know and directed me to wait by the laptop section. That was 25 minutes ago where I have watched many others enter the store and leave and I have yet to be interacted with again . I know the product I want and just want to pay and leave . This is a far cry from the last time I used this service: I am incredibly disappointed especially when I have been using Apple for years .

I am not a fan of Apple Products I have to be honest, but one thing they do right is their support. Everytime I have a Genius appointment the associate i deal with is friendly and helpful. The genius bar is such a great idea and the ability to make appointments online is excellent.

Soon as I walk in they came over to see what they can do for me. The lady that help me was great. Couldn’t ask for better help. A big thank you to the people at the Apple Store.

Really didn’t appreciate how manager with short grey hair, blue glasses, silver jewelry at order pickup counter spoke to me. She is needlessly argumentative and unfriendly. While most of your employees are kind and helpful, I couldn’t believe when this lady told me she is a manager. I asked to be helped by someone else because of a previous poor experience with her, and then after she declined my request she inserts randomly into our interaction that I'm rude and scoffs at how she has to ‘deal with me’ multiple times. To this lady: I would typically keep these thoughts to myself but if you can't compensate for your technological ineptitude and having the demeanour of a stunned deer in headlights with some sort of considerate, friendly customer service then I'm not sure how you are a manager let alone an employee for Apple. This is my second garbage experience with you now and I’ve never been rude to anyone in your store, ever.

This location sucks! Why is it’s that there are 15 staff to take your money a get you out the door asap, yet every time I need service here it’s a 2 hour wait. To boot, they try and shame you for not prebooking an appointment. It’s a retail store not a doctors office. My week old watch is a D.O.A. Yet I can’t get a swap without spending 2+ extra hours hanging around Halifax twiddling my thumbs. A joke of an experience. The best products but the worst service experiences. Sad Apple. Just sad.

I don’t know his name but there’s a man who’s been working at the Genius Bar for years and he’s probably fixed all of my devices at least once at this point. He resolved an issue with my laptop today while simultaneously helping others because it was so busy. He knew exactly what he was doing and didn’t seem stressed at all. A tech wizard. Super professional and respectful of personal privacy. He would always ask if he was going to open an app or change a setting. I’m stupid when it comes to electronics and he answered all my dumb questions with poise. Turns out, I should update my laptop more than once a year or else the keyboard will malfunction and I won’t be able to log in. Who woulda thunk.

Good place to get an idea about Apple products. Service is very good too. People are helpful and they can give you clear answers for all your questions. But lot of Apple products are not available for on spot purchase. Ordering ahead recommended for pick up.

Thank you Jackie for making my experience shopping at Apple a great one! Jackie answered every question I had! Very knowledgeable & friendly women! Thank you for helping my boyfriend & I out today! Even with it being so busy (after Christmas) she did not rush & explained every part of the purchase & product!

My wife purchased an Apple Watch SE in 2021 from the Apple Store. After 18 months of use, it is completely dead. We have been told the only option is to pay $289 for repair or replacement. That is over half the cost of a new watch! Is this what Apple product reliability and support are coming to? I miss the old days.
