Was very busy on a Sunday afternoon just before Christmas. The store is small and shelves are close together so it can be crowded. But the staff are incredibly helpful. Not afraid to make eye contact and quick to offer help in finding something.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. I was able to find the 3 books I came in for and ended up saving money with my Plums Reward card! This store has a very cozy atmosphere.

Great store!! The staff is very helpful, and they know what they're talking about. One day when I was in there, they were training someone. They explained to me she was training. They were patient with her, answered her questions, showed her things. I said, everyone has to start somewhere. I wasn't in any rush as she was checking my stuff through. Great variety of books and other items to check out.

Coles is great for comics, calendars, and products to put on your desk, the prices are a bit high but it's worth it once you get money to visit Coles and take a peek at what they have in store

Isles are too small can't see the titles on the bottom shelves without getting on one knee and the front is so overstocked we actually had trouble getting in the store.

Excellent customer service. Ordered books online. They arrived within a few days. Found some great journals - 3 for 9 dollars. Great steal of a deal!

Not one of the more pleasant experiences I've ever had book shopping. The line was long with only one register open with multiple staff standing around. While in line a staff member instructed us to move for social distancing purposes (which was fine) and then allowed another customer to cut in front and look at a item placed on the shelf and forgoing all social distancing protocol. When we finally got to cash the employee very sarcastically thanked us for our patience and then rudely told me I should have a savings card when I very clearly told him I did not have one and just wanted to pay and leave. The only pleasant part of my visit was picking out the novel and the only reason I stayed to purchase the novel instead of walking out was because It caught my interest. I highly reccomend visiting with spare time and patience because you are going to be waiting a while.

Prices in store don’t match the website. I walked out and ordered the book on Amazon for half the price. Have fun going out of business.

Staff are so helpful, and you can tell they really enjoy reading and trying to understand what type of books you are into. The staff picked the book "The Patient" for me as I told her I love psychological thrillers and it is turning out to be a great read! Thank you Coles staff!
