Had a great shopping experience Keira was very helpful and friendly, as was all the staff ( all 3 ). They had a sale on the item I purchased clothing from the Penhorn store in the morning but they only had 1 pair so Keira store had some and I got the sale price.

Bought a columbia jacket worth 100 on sale but too big, thin and cold for my wife, asked for a return but didn't allowed us because it’s already worn. There’s no damage to jacket just worn for 15 to 30 min for 1 time only. Supervisor told us too wear another clothing with the jacket and everyone has different body temperatures. Disappointed. I will never go back to this place.

Hard to find 2XL+ clothes now a days but Marks has a good variety of that. They have slippers, toques, hoodies, shirts, I was looking at. I bought some steel-toe shoes a few months ago, very satisfied! Great location too very convenient for me.

Placed an early large Christmas order for my 3 sons coming from away. The order was shorted,( 3 items not sent) and one item came with the security tag. The reason for ordering online was to avoid the 2 hour drive into the city during Christmas. Their solution, a15% discount on my next order(really!!! Not spending any more of my money with then) and a free return envelope for the shirt, they have none to send in its stead, let alone complete my order!!! My solution... Shop elsewhere.....

Not happy with the refund policy says full refund under 100 days, bought a shoe from there, just wore one time and they refused to refund said its worn. If I dont wear it how am I supposed to know if im comfortable or not? Whats the 100days policy is for?

A great selection of functional clothing from full bore workwear to casual things. They have lots of top quality rain gear and of course lots of safety clothing as well. Their wick-away line is excellent.
