I recently went to get my knee checked out and was greeted right away, Shawna was very polite and professional showing care for the patients. When I first arrived she was very understanding and helpful. A wonderful experience overall. The bracing specialist was also knowledgeable and helpful.

My story is way too long to tell here,in short I’ve had pain for many years,from my first visit Shawna was awesome & then Dr.Corkum was on to my issue right away,for over 20years other Doctors couldn’t figure it out,I now have a diagnosis and am feeling very good,way more to tell but anyway those 2 are the best

Was going to book an appointment here but told I need to wear a mask.. Mask wearing does not reduce the prevalence of viral illness and asymptomatic spread is exceedingly rare, if not nonexistent. Their is no valid reason to be wearing masks. Not only that but it's been 3 years and everyone is triple vaccinated. Time to give it up already..

Went to Dr Ouizi for toenail surgery , he is just amazing, so thorough and very caring and compassionate about his patients. The lovely girls that work in his office are amazing, they go above and beyond their job. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. HGreat

Usually I don't feel going back to a clinic, but these guys are just awesome. The whole team from the reception to the Doctors are just great! I do recommend them for sure.

From my first measurement appointment of my custom knee brace to my fitting Russell and Morgan were extremely friendly and welcoming. A very professional atmosphere. Russell is very understanding in the fact getting a knee brace for the first time was difficult for me to accept. I appreciated him taking the time to go over all aspects of the knee brace and ensuring I was comfortable with putting the brace on. Highly recommend!!

First visit with Arthritis and Injury Care and at the Lacewood location. Morgan the receptionist was very kind and patient. Russell is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have always had great treatments with this clinic. Everything from Physio, The sports medicine clinic and now with Russell and my orthotics.

My consultation at the Clayton Park branch was a very positive experience, from reception to the consulting room. It was thorough and unhurried, with no sales pressure to opt for the more expensive solution. Five stars on every aspect.

Don't waist your time with this business. I give the a 1 star as I was never so disappointed with my experience at Lacewood Drive shop. Went in April for my 1st visit, waited 6 months to be fitted for compression stockings, with having had a stress test nothing was in place ,no info for the poor guy who was to service me! No info left for the fellow to follow, no report of the stress test, NOTHING! I never even got a call or e-mail to explain .Much less to say sorry for what happen. Definatly won't go back! Very unprofessional to say the least.

I met Dr, Johnson a little over a year ago after waiting about 6 months prior to that do to severe pain. I went through physio, chiropractors and finally Dr Johnson did my MRI and found out what’s was causing my pain. Because of long waits and he is one of the only two doctors that specializes in this type of work I got my first injection. Pain was gone automatically. I am meeting him again next month. He was fantastic. I’m pretty sure he knows how to do his job well. It makes me very upset to see a bunch of children giving him bad reviews because he has guidelines for his office. I thank you Dr Johnson for not allowing these bullies”anti vaccinated” change your position on keeping you, you’re staff and clients safe. Great job

Needed an appointment for my dad , and they gave us an appointment for 25 min after my call .Service was amazing . Morgan was professionally and friendly and very accommodating. Rihab looked after my dad with such great care that he immediately felt very comfortable with her .Very friendly caring and professional. I can’t thank these 2 ladies enough for putting my 87 yr old dad at such great ease .

I had a terrible experience in dealing with an elbow brace, and orthotics. When I called to check on my 2 items, they couldn’t find that I paid for my item, so I was told the orthotics weren’t ordered, and the doctor didn’t write down what kind of brace I needed. So after 3 weeks, they couldn’t find me in the system, apparently my name was spelled wrong and there was a duplicate name in the system. So now I call and the doctor, back from holidays miraculously has my order the day he gets back from holidays. I explained my experience with him over the phone, not even an apology. I unfortunately recommend my husband and he ended up getting orthotics. So over $800.00 for this service. Thanks 😡

Great experience. No hurry, answered all my questions, and I had lots. As an engineer I could see the benefits of the knee brace they were proposing. Professional all the way, even brought in a more experienced person to answer any further questions. Very helpful with paperwork too, getting information from my doctor so I wouldn't have to. Highly recommended.
