Poor
customer
service.

times
I
had
my
phone
call
appointment
rescheduled
which
is
fine,
but
I
had
to
call
them
to
find
out
instead
of
them
notifying
me.
Three
times
for
the
same
thing,
no
follow
up
even
after
I
called
them
and
they
said
they
would
definitely
call
me
back
to
update
me.
Not
once
or
twice,
three
times.
The
most
basic
customer
service/administrative
skills
are
not
practiced.
It's
shameful,
especially
because
I
could
have
got
my
prescription
re-filled
much
earlier
through
a
different
clinic.
Instead
I
have
to
suffer
through
not
having
my
medication.
Pathetic.
Not
only
that,
but
when
my
family
doctor
moved
provinces
months
ago,
I
was
never
notified.
So
I
had
to
find
out
very
late
that
I
no
longer
had
a
doctor
at
their
clinic.
I
see
other
reviews
here
with
the
same
issues.
The
clinic
said
they
sent
out
a
memo
in
the
Summer.
That
was
a
lie
considering
other
patients
of
Dr.
Farooq
didn't
get
a
memo
either,
according
to
this
review
page.
