I've been going here forever and always find the service to be fast and friendly. The blood collection clinic has gotten much more efficient since Covid and making an appointment online has really streamlined the services. Plenty of parking available and I've never waited longer then 5 minutes in the waiting area.

The area is big, has a tons of boutiques, offices and even a clinic. The only thing I dislike to this area is the cleanliness of the exterior of the mall, it's like it wasn't maintain or clean. It's a simple way to welcome your guests

Large male check in person loudly arguing wirh his smaller female coworker at the door when I arrived. Snapped at me to "STAND OVER THERE" on the outside of the clinic. Female then asked for my confirmation number. Male worker loudly interrupted her and told me I needed to check in with him first. Wow. Not a mind reader people! The staffer that took my number and checked me in was less then friendly and the lady that took my blood was equally as unfriendly. Maybe something went off the rails before I got there that upset all the staff or Capital Health require all blood collection staff at Bayers Road to be miserable people. Do better and stop ruining peoples days! A smile and a kind word go a long way.

Accessible to a point. My doctor's office is in the mall. On the 2nd floor opposite to his office is a kiosk called Stone Hearth Baked Goods. You can get a variety of gluten free baked goods at a reasonable price as well as their other baked goods which are made fresh from people with disabilities whom work at the bakery.

Fine, except for when they yell all your personal information including your address in front of a room of strangers .

Such a great location my office is located here and the amenities such as the food court & TD Bank are great not to mention the amazing Restaurant. Outside there is plenty of parking. The commute to anywhere in Halifax is very easy and short because of the centralized location.

More of a business plaza than a shopping centre, but good parking for access to blood donations, dental clinic, bank and insurance services and some food amenities. Nice couches through the main hallway.

Seems like a ghost town Sundays. Has a decent amount of things to visit, fabric store is the main draw for me. Note that the blood clinic isn't the blood donor place and that everything closes early (around 5, 6).

Used to be a great place, but it's all outside entrances now. Used to be able to walk thru the whole mall. Was nice when they had the Tim Hortons downstairs. It's mostly commercial now and I only go there when necessary. Was handy when CIBC was there also. Switched banks because of their moving.

There aren't many shops. This is mostly an office complex. Interior corridors are not open during the same period that shops with exterior entrances are open. This makes it difficult for customers who live in the area who usually can walk through the building to get to the stores.

Gotta love having an appointment at 12, being early and then still not being seen after 45 minutes all while people who arrived way after you have already been seen. I can see waiting that long back when there weren't appointments and you just showed up and waited but this is absurd. I had a 1pm meeting I had to cancel. What a joke.

A large white male at the screen check today and he asked me a question: what do you do when you have a running nose. I told him to use a napkin and he said three times “eh?”. Sounds like he didn’t hear. That got my temper. Then he told me a joke loudly: “you should chase it and catch it” . I don’t think it proper to make a joke with a patient.
