I had a very bad medical experience in park west medical clinic Halifax. A month ago I had a flu, and I went to the clinic try to make an appointment. at that time Nurse A told me now it's 4:30, please come back at 6:30 . i think it's okay, so I went home by bus. Two hours later I returned to the clinic at the appointment time. When I returned to the clinic, one of their nurses she name is April. H I asked her if I could go see the doctor because I was really uncomfortable. At that time, she was very unfriendly to tell me that no one put my name in the ranking system. She asked me very fierce to give her Health card again. i did and I rolled back to my corner and waited until I saw more and more people arriving after me but they all easily saw the doctor and left. Until more than an hour after my appointment at 6:20, I was finally brought into the clinic to wait for the doctor, but in April, before the doctor's arrival, she strat verbally humiliated and threatened me in this hidden space. She said that if I do n’t come with patience I can get away go go go ！She pointed at me with her fingers and spoke these racist and threatening words I will never go to this clinic again just because of this nurse. I heard that my friend has also encountered her threats here, and there are more doctors in the clinic than me. They have won many bad reports about this nurse for the first time. I really can't accept this I think it's a shame. The doctor left me a note and told me I could report it to their superior. I hope these problems can be solved because this is really not an accident and it is intentional. I must say i was hurt

Stopped going there almost a year ago...thought id give them another chance. After a phone call this morning with the nurse regarding my appointment for today ; I wont be returning... I cancelled my appointment and decided to stick with another clinic thats closer. The nurse was rude on the phone, and this isn’t the first time either...hint as to why I stopped going there. (My appointment was booked since last month, the nurse wanted me to get things last min from my family doctor, someone should have called me before my appointment to let me know what they needed, it took me about 30min to get a hold of my family doctors office, and what I needed they could not do as their fax machine was not working) Receptionists are nice but one of the nurses can be rude. I will not be coming back, and prob not in the future either.

Doctors are super nice and polite. Unfortunately some of the receptionists are super rude. The clinic should think of hiring a more polite one. That's should not be your attitude when giving service to people, specially when they are not well.

Dr. Trixy Gregwire - One of the best doctors in Halifax Nova Scotia. Passionate about what she does and there is not a lot of doctors like this left. If we were allowed private doctors I would hire her in a heart beat.

Nothing but good things to say about this clinic. I have used it as a walk-in in the past and had good experiences. I was able to get a family doctor there as well. Dr Blanchard is extremely helpful and professional.

Best walk-in experience I’ve had in Halifax! Walked in at 4:30pm and was told they were full but that I could make an appointment for that evening and come back. When I returned a few hours later I got right in to see the doctor and was in and out in no time. The staff and doctor I saw were excellent!

Showed up at 08:50, there was already a line up 6 deep,but we all get in at 9 am to register etc. I was told I'd be seen at 10:00 and I was free to go till then. I show up back in time and am seen right on time. I had Dr Kimble (?), had 2 issues that were promptly addressed and he gave excellent back ground info and explanations to the causes and what to do and what not to worry about. Super efficient apmt and excellent 'bedside manner'.

Best walk in experience I’ve ever had in Halifax. The receptionist, April, was very caring and empathetic. We saw Dr Kinley and he was attentive, personable and very helpful. Thanks so much for your help and great work!
