We LOVE Salvatore’s. They have the best pizza in Halifax and the Caesar salad is always amazing. Highly recommend the Lombardia pizza and the portabello hero.

Salvatore's is sooo great! I am a huge garlic fan and this is the place for that. I've ordered their Cesar salad and various pizzas in the past and every one has been so tasty! Make sure to check out the chalk boards all around for any feature pizzas! That's how I discovered the pesto pizza and it was to die for!

This is one of the places that you experience for the first time and end up revisiting every time you can. Great pizza/ heroes and the cheesecake is phenomenal no matter the flavour. Service is good as well, but be ready to wait a little bit as it does get busy inside.

Whenever someone asks me where is the best pizzeria in Halifax, I would tell them Salvatore. In addition, try their cheesecake as well😁

Salvatore's is great . The hero's are really good , perfect amount of toppings . Great prices for the quality and taste you get . I was not a fan of the Caesar salad , it tasted a bit too fishy with a powdered cheese and no bacon . The pizza is very good , the pepperoni has a little spice kick to it , I liked it very much . The staff were very friendly and attentive . The decor is super cute and the place is clean and attractive .

Truly outstanding and a wonderful surprise. Found this place totally by accident when looking for cheesecake or cannoli for Valentine's Day. Had #5 pizza on the right side of the menu, and WOW was it good!! Even the salad was made with care, the croutons melted in your mouth, I had nothing like that before. The cheesecake was rich and immensely satisfying. A team of really nice people served us, and a shoutout to the super friendly guy for giving us a bit of history of the place and things to taste. Very, very well done, I am thoroughly impressed, you all did an excellent job and made the perfect night for us. Thank you!

Very friendly servers and high quality pizza. They were perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. They also have great vegan options (including vegan cheeses and sausage). Can't wait to come again!

Best Pizza in Town. It certainly lives up to its reputation. What you will find is not your normal pizzas but something totally different (I mean that in the best of ways). From the choice of crust, to the cheese and even the toppings; everything shows that real thought and care has been put to curate such a menu. Special mention to their Triple Chocolate Cheesecake. Loved it. Really good service as well. If you’re dining in: They’re quite busy most of the time so do expect some wait to find a spot.

I liked it so much a bought a pie to bring to my wife. Halifax has some great pizza here, try it out.

We were passing by and the smell was so great from the street that we decided to stop. Great pizza, beer, service and dessert. 5 stars well deserved!!!

We ordered a large Pomodoro pizza. Delivery was free within Halifax and took around 50 min or so. The pizza tasted good but the texture of it in the middle was quite soggy, the slices did not hold up very well. I would recommend ordering this but choosing takeout instead of delivery to prevent the pizza from getting soggy.

The best pizza in Halifax. Fresh and full of flavour. Fabulous selection. The hero subs are great too! The staff are exceptional kind and friendly. An absolute favorite. Worth the wait for pick up. If you're pressed for time call ahead and reserve a pick up time.

Visiting Halifax and Salvatore’s came recommended by a friend who grew up here and it didn’t disappoint. The restaurant is small and intimate but the service was friendly and timely. My partner ordered a small original with garlic and mushrooms and I got the small sun dried tomato and artichoke and both were great. The small is a perfect personal pizza size and the cheese and dough were great. Not the cheapest but also not super expensive and you can tell the ingredients are a good quality. Worth the recommendation and visit!

Salvatore's was our first stop in Halifax and we couldn't be happier with the food, service and atmosphere. The smell of the pizza excites you from blocks away. The staff were friendly and attentive and everything we had tasted great including our dessert, the peanut butter banana cheesecake and a decaf coffee. My favorite: garlic bread and tomato soup (I'm basic!).

Incredible pizza for a reasonable price! Servers were very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere inside is wonderful as well. If you're in Halifax, you gotta stop here.

Went into Salvatores off a hop on hop off tour looking for alittle lunch,being originally for NYC now from Roanoke Va was a bit skeptical but WOW i was thoroughly impressed! They brought out what we call a Sicilian or squares that was just Fantastic,another couple came in and asked what we had ordered the same and 2 regular slices they also looked good.the service was good and servers were personable and the wife and really loved Halifax,Also a good offering of craft beers . Thank you

Delicious as always. Can't go wrong with the original and my daughter had the special which she enjoyed. Best pizza in Halifax I think, especially if you like thin crust. Oh the FLAVOR!

Solid pie. Up there with Yeah Yeah's but more choices. Staff are awesome. Venue feels like it could use a freshen but the quality makes up for it. Also you can just buy their dough and DIY.

Been here about 10 times. Always get pizza. Only twice has the pizza been good. The 1st time and the third. They were exceptionaly good. Otherwise very inconsistent. Either overdone or underdone. Last time you could actually hear the crust crack as you bit into it. Very disappointing.
