The classes were great but the administration was awful. They emailed out to half of our class that next season registration was available. I was in the half that didn’t receive the email and registration filled. I requested to be on a waitlist for classes. I had friends in the class I requested. There were two empty spots and the instructor confirmed there was space. When I called to ask they stated classes had started and it was too late to register. I enjoyed the classes and instructors that I would like to try again. But I’m not the first this has happened to and the reputation does carry to others. Be forewarned!

The owner and her staff are incredibly amicable and knowledgeable. Prices are great and it the studio itself is one of a kind. I have been going for 3 years and never felt anything but love and support. This place really makes you feel like you can do the impossible!

This is an amazing studio. Everyone there is kind, their programs are structured, and every fitness level is welcome. I always feel at home and welcome there.

I've been going here on and off for years and love everything about it! Such unique workout options with welcoming and professional instructors. I highly suggest trying out a class, you won't regret it!

I've really enjoyed taking a class here! The space is great and the staff is very friendly. I would like to try one of the classes with slightly longer time slots, it can feel like you only just got started in an hour. I'll be back for more though!

My favourite place to be! Wonderful staff and classes. I've loved every bit of my time here over the past 4 years! There's a really great sense of community and everyone is friendly and welcoming :)

After having my second child I really found myself out of shape. Not any more! Thanks to Christy and everyone else, Pilates and Pole fitness has gotten me more fit than ever. I feel so much better physically and mentally! Thank you soooo much!

My 5 year old finds his circus class fun and engaging. I love the small class sizes and friendly staff!

InesS is one of my favourite places to be. The studio is big, bright and clean. Equipment is high end with a focus on safety and apparatus for every student. Staff are helpful, friendly, and inesS has built a community for people to come together and support one another in the aerial arts. I love inesS.
