    Visiting Halle from Australia I knew that I would have to do my part in speaking German, so when I visited this penny just a week ago, apologised and asked the cashier just to speak a little slower she got angry and very rudly said "No English!" I understand I'm in Germany and I was trying to speak Deutsch very poorly but the hostility I faced was intense. I managed to get my toilet paper and leave, perhaps this interaction wouldn't have effected me so much if the cashier hadn't had a large tattoo on her forearm displaying Taylor swift lyrics. No English aye? 1 star
