Unfortunately, my first experience wasn't very positive. I wanted to have a slight imbalance in my wife's front wheel corrected. The first question was: "Are you a customer of ours?". When I replied that I didn't know where my father-in-law bought the bike, it was a gift, they wanted to charge me around €35 ​​for a workshop service of max. 5 minutes. Apparently there was just too much to do and they just wanted to get rid of me, not very customer friendly, I definitely won't buy my next bike here. The spokes were then tightened in a very nice shop in Hausdülmen for “5€ in the coffee till”. Maybe the customer base is already so large that you can do without new customers, who knows.

We have been customers there for years and have only had good experiences there. The advice when buying a new bike is great, as is the service from the workshop. We can only highly recommend MCW.

We were completely satisfied with the advice and service there and also with our bikes. We would buy our bikes there again at any time! Addendum: Today we went there with our children (2 & 3) to buy bicycle helmets. The advice was excellent. We were explained in detail how a helmet should fit and what we should pay attention to! The young man also had the patience of an angel (which he also needed with the little dwarves) even though it was nearing the end of the day. Still just completely satisfied!!!

We had already bought the second bike there and said we would do this so that we could get easy help with repairs. When a small repair was actually due (open chain), we were told that we would have to wait 8 weeks. Yoooo!!! We then go to the store in Hausdülmen, which is apparently already partly known here. Finished the day after next, €15. The next bikes will come from Hausdülmen.

Went to MCW because of 2 small things (lock without key and old invoice from a bike purchase). Very friendly staff, good advice and quick processing. Always my pleasure.

I needed repairs on my bike tour (stand broken, a pedal torn) and called about it the day before my arrival in Haltern and was told that I should just come by for repairs. I did it first thing in the morning and the repairs, including advice on spare parts, were carried out immediately and professionally in just under 30 minutes. Top!

We recommend. After several attempts to have a defective rollator (defective brake) repaired in local orthopedic shops. I was rejected by the supposed specialists with flimsy reasons. Only MCW Trend-Bikes was able to solve the problem with manageable effort and repair the rollator. A small thing but the technicians were ready to solve it and didn't turn us away. I can only recommend the company and the employees.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend MCW at all. Service was zero, no agreements were kept. I took my bike there for repairs, which took 4 months. The chain still squeaks, it hasn't been oiled, the tires are flat. Never again!
