雑居ビルに囲まれた狭い路地にあるめしや朔軒さんへ。カウンターのみ5席と狭い店構えで、創業昭和39年の老舗である。数あるメニューから、ランチタイムに提供されるチャーハンセットをチョイスしてみた。
カウンターから厨房までの距離が近い。熱気を感じられるだけでなく、調理工程も良く見え、巨漢の大将が手際良く具材を切ってから鉄鍋を軽々振る。
先ず提供されたチャーハンは、1人前のボリューム。具材にチャーシューが多く使われていて、その味わいもさることながら、食べ応えに満足。
続いて提供されたラーメンは、昔ながらの中華そば。麺量は半ラーメン程度だが、器は普通サイズ。チャーシューに自信がある現れだろう、こちらにも厚めに切られた2枚がトッピングされ、更に刻みネギ、メンマ、ナルトの構成。はじめは麺に対して多めのスープと思えたが、生姜が効いた味わいは個人的に好みで、チャーハンの箸休めにも最適だった。
シメに提供されたのは、杏仁豆腐。ランチとはいえこれで800円は、再訪したくなる老舗のサービスでしたね。

前回から1度再訪するも、満席で回避。それ以来の訪問。狭い厨房で巨漢の大将が材料に包丁を入れ、鉄鍋を振るう様は圧巻。
今回もチャーハンセット。チャーハンの具材であるチャーシューはラーメンのタレに浸けられ、大好きな味わい。もちろん、ラーメンのタレにはチャーシューの旨味が含まれ、スープも美味い。
シメは杏仁豆腐。満足度が高いこの800円のランチは、イチオシだ。

休日出勤で一仕事終え、日曜日だからやってるかなぁ～と久しぶりに訪問し、未食のチャーシューメン、安定のチャーハンを注文。
このお店、チャーハンの具材やチャーシューは注文を受けてから切ってくれ、肉汁や野菜のジューシーさを大切にしてくれているところが好きなんです。
提供されたラーチャは画像のとおり。このチャーシューいいでしょ～😍(チャーハンにも入ってます)。麺量は少ないものの、お値段は1,050円とリーズナブルです。
