Hm, I won’t come back even if it is 3 minutes from my home. Lady who welcomed me was very polite and nice but level of service don’t justify its price. I wasn’t offered a water on very hot day… They use basic tools and no professional sterilization, only with alcohol. Intolerable in this century… 3 stars are because of employees who are 5 star nice. Owner should invest more.

I was there in April for my first and probably last pedicure. A week after the treatment, the side of my big toe began to swell. Since then I have constantly struggled with an ingrown and inflamed toenail in this area. Very painful. Now I went to the podiatrist, who confirmed that the cut was completely wrong. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the Urban Spa, but rather advise against it.

Staff is helpful and polite, the place is clean and services as per expectations. Happy to go again

The staff were very nice to accommodate what we wanted, as we booked online incorrectly. The atmosphere was lovely, and we were offered tea. It was obvious the woman who did my manicure really cared about the quality of her work, the results were excellent. Would highly recommend.

I had an appointment for an eyelash and eyebrow lift with Maryna and I am super satisfied! I felt really comfortable and almost fell asleep during the treatment ☺️ I can only warmly recommend it!

We went to the urban spa for a pedi and manicure for our bachelorette party. It was great: drinks and a separate room were prepared, competent advice, our feet and hands all look great

I've been making shellac for at least five years and it always lasts at least three to four weeks. After less than a week I have scratches on all my nails. Two nails have also broken. The manicure wasn't done well either. I'm definitely not going there anymore. The staff was nice though.

Ein großes Lob an Diana und Maryna. Sowohl die Pediküre, als auch das Wimpernlifting sind super geworden! Dabei herrscht eine super freundliche und lustige Atmosphäre, gerne wieder! Natürlich auch ein riesen Lob an Patrizia, vor einigen Jahren hat sie mir ein (von verschiedenen Kosmetikerinnen) völlig verpfuschtes Microblading korrigiert 🙏🏽

Liebes Urban Spa-Team, am 3. April um 16:15 Uhr war ich im Urban Spa - Winterhude, Ihre Mitabeiterin meinte, Gel Nagellack kann sie nicht entfernen. Und sie sagte, ich sollte den Termin jetzt stornieren (Termin war um 16:20) und ins Nagelstudio gehen. Ich fragte sie, ob es geht, weil man eigentlich früher stornieren sollte??? Sie meinte, es geht natürlich und machte ein Foto von meinem Handy mit dem Termin und sagte: aber Geld kriegst du erst nach den Osterferien und sie würde gerne mit Ihrem Chef / Ihrer Chefin darüber sprechen. Nun ist jetzt 15. Juli und ich habe leider nichts davon gehört auch nichts zurückbekommen. Ich bitte höflich um eine baldige Antwort. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Nguyen

I've been there during my vacations, and loved my manicure and pedicure. Here in Brasil I'm used to have my nails done every week, but it last much longer after urban spa, because they use different machines and a great quality of nail polish. I felt really spoiled, coffee, tea and cappuccino were available, and the professionals were very friendly and cool! Loved the place! I realy recommend it!

Just fresh from the manicure again and happy. Thank you Laura, again everything is so perfect with Shellac and so carefully! A visit to the Urban Spa is always a nice beauty break in your everyday work routine. The atmosphere is relaxed but professional and you are always happy to be inspired by boss Patrizia's enthusiasm for her own treatments. I have already tried radiofrequency therapy for the face and there are already visible results. Pedicures and manicures are always top and if you want, you can work your way up to microblading for the eyebrows (still pending for me) and eyelash extensions. There are always new beauty treatments in the Urban Spa. This shows that they are in tune with the times and are always improving. But always remain authentic and without a lot of “SchiSchi” and “Etepetete” – that’s what I like best! Keep it up!
