Sarah B. shaped my eyebrows perfectly and was very professional. She worked very cleanly and hygienically. She showed me which products I could use to style my brows perfectly. I would not be happy to use this service again. 5 stars. Very friendly and competent.

Nachdem ich immer im Benefit-Store am Eppendorfer Baum war, bin ich vor ein paar Tagen zum ersten Mal zu der lieben Sarah hier in der Douglas-Filiale gegangen, um meine Augenbrauen färben & zupfen zu lassen. Sarah hat sich sofort super lieb um mich gekümmert, wusste sofort welche Form und welche Farbe am besten passt & hat mir wieder wunderschöne Augenbrauen gezaubert :) Ich hab' definitiv meine neue Anlaufstelle gefunden – ganz lieben Dank <3

Brow experience is usually good but I’ve been trying to cancel an appointment and it’s just impossible to get through to anyone on the phone. I chose the phone reminder option so no chance to select ‘stornieren’ like if you get a mail reminder. Just make it easier for clients to contact you please but in the meantime be aware that people might not show up to their appointments if they don’t have the chance to cancel.

I don't usually write bad reviews, but I'm just so sad... I had such beautiful eyebrows and went to Benefit on Mönckebergstrasse to have them plucked. Unfortunately they were completely destroyed. They are much thinner now, and the worst part is that they weren't even cut evenly. Now I'm faced with this problem just before Christmas and New Year's Eve. I will also upload before and after photos to show what my eyebrows looked like before I plucked them three days ago and what they look like now.

Ana was so incredibly nice. She gave my sister and me incredibly good and completely competent advice. We were dissatisfied with the last benefit booking in Hanover at the train station because our eyebrows were crooked. Ana also gave advice on which eyebrow shape suits your face type. We are so relieved that she made us prettier and highly recommend her!!! No selling of products, everything is super natural and very warm. Always recommended ♥️

Gizem did a wonderful job. Great color, great brow shape and matching make-up for the day. I would love to come back!

My appointment has now been canceled for the second time without explanation. The current one a day before, the August date just a few hours before. A phone call would have been nice.

Meine Augenbrauen waren mal wieder mehr als überfällig! Und damit geht ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Sogand, die sie wieder in Form gebracht hat :-) Die beiden Brauen-Feen des Benefit Counters in der Mö bei Douglas kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Sie wissen, was Brauen brauchen und beraten dabei auch super freundlich und professionell. Ich gelobe Besserung und werden die Mädels jetzt wieder regelmäßig besuchen. Der nächste Termin ist schon gebucht.

I had a brow service at Gizem today and I'm super happy. She put a lot of effort into it and gave me great advice. I was also completely relaxed and it felt like a wellness moment :-)

I've also had the experience of an appointment being canceled at short notice by email (other branch). It's annoying if you've already arrived, you should definitely keep an eye on your emails. At my last appointment on Mönckebergstrasse it worked, but I was a little dissatisfied with one thing: this time the dye was applied very generously, so that afterwards a dark veil was visible around the brows, and it was quite noticeable. It looked impossible. The employee said that the color on your skin would go away when you washed it in the evening, but if you have plans to do something straight afterwards, that doesn't help. It's a shame, especially since this had never happened before at benefit, everything else was always great. Otherwise everything is ok.

I went to the BrowBar on Mönckebergstrasse regularly for over a year, even though the service regarding booking appointments was not good. My eyebrows always looked great afterwards. Now, for the 5th time within a year, my appointment was canceled at short notice (on the same morning) via an automatic email notification. When I tried to reach someone by phone, no one answered. It was often not possible to book a new appointment directly online because the system was blocked. With loyal customers, I would at least expect to be called and offered an alternative appointment or to see whether another colleague can take over the appointment. Due to this unreliability, I will not book an appointment with this Brow Bar in the future.
