Hello, I would like to report here about the good experience I had with the studio. I had a 2.5 to 3 cm age spot on my left cheek. After comprehensive advice, Conni removed the stain gently and permanently. Since I had it done before the vacation, it was no longer visible after the vacation (14 days). Colleagues didn't even notice the treatment. It's just great what Conni conjures up with incredible quality. I am thrilled and would only have further treatments carried out by her.

Conni is really nice and when I saw her cats my heart melted. Unfortunately, in my opinion, she is not professional. She definitely disinfected everything. But my results looked terrible even after the follow-up treatment, I was embarrassed about how I had to walk around and at the age of 16! My eyebrows (hair line) just looked completely patchy and both eyebrows were different and very dark. Afterwards I went to two other studios in Hamburg who didn't want to correct me but instead sent me away for laser treatment. Getting rid of it takes time and money that I didn't have when I was younger. I also had to let the permanent make-up heal first and then needed 6 laser treatments!! Because it was engraved so deep and dark. Of course, this time was also terrible for me. About 4 years ago there weren't many offering permanent make-up and that's how I came across Conni's homepage. I was young and naive and thought that if someone had their own website, they were professional and therefore very good. The fact that there were no pictures on the site didn't worry me at the time. I've now seen that there's a picture of pierced eyebrows, but I don't think that's nice either. There are so many beginners on Ebay now who are much better, probably because they are also up to date. As I said, I was 16 years old when I was with Conni. Of course my mother came along and gave her consent. There was no detailed advice and things started straight away. If I had gotten proper advice back then and seen pictures of her work, I would never have pierced my eyebrows. I remember showing her a picture from the internet where the eyebrows looked as beautiful as I wanted them to. But she didn't tell me that it wouldn't look like that at all. In the picture they were really fine drawings but what I got looked like I had drawn lines myself with a felt-tip pen. After the follow-up treatment, I was of course shocked and didn't contact her again. After a while I wrote her an email and said I would like my money back. I was in training at the time and only earned 200 euros and for me it was just a lot of money and desperation. Of course she never got back to me and I didn't dare call either. You couldn't give a Google rating back then. I wrote a negative review on her page, but it was never visible (it was her page, she can decide what others can read). With this text I just want to tell everyone that you should always look at several pictures of the work! Anyone who is good at their work is proud of it and has no problem showing it off! No matter if eBay, Instagram, etc. There are so many who are new to this area and make it really nice and have lots of pictures online. How it looks freshly engraved and healed etc. Just be careful when it comes to your face/skin/body!

Everything fits here. Great studio, specially furnished and most importantly - very clean. I always felt like I was in good hands. I've been there a few times now and will continue to come. Conni is super personable and knows her craft. Gladly again and that's why 5 stars.

I think I've been getting permanent make-up for my eyebrows from Conni since 2013. I am super satisfied with the work. Of course the 1 week after the treatment everything is very dark and noticeable, but after that the color is soft and very natural. Most people don't even know that I wear permanent makeup on my eyebrows😁

I arrived and it was like I had never left. Conni’s refreshingly friendly nature makes it easy to feel comfortable. I come to her for eyebrow follow-up treatment and yet she usually gives me a new treatment if I want the shape to be different. She is technically very competent and gives advice and tips. Your studio is clean and hygienic. Disinfectants are always available and their professional work is impeccable. If she has doubts, she says so too! And in human terms, she is the bird of paradise that we know and love. I think you either like her and her style or you don't. Bad reviews have absolutely no place here!
