    Disastrous practice. At first (years ago!!) it was still good. Apart from the fact that I have a new doctor at every appointment who doesn't take the time anyway, today my appointment was canceled for the third time in a row with the statement "we can't help it either". And once you have an appointment, you won't be taken seriously anyway. Ridiculous, we're sick too! You don't go to the doctor without a reason!!!! And you can't always know that an appointment will be canceled just on that day. Absolute impudence the way a person is treated. I'm definitely looking for a new practice. I don't have to put myself through that. I'm not surprised that all the doctors are leaving.

    Die bisherigen Bewertungen kann ich leider nur bestätigen, wobei der eine Punkt nur vergeben wird, weil es nicht anders geht! Nein, krank werden sollte man bei diesen Ärzten besser nicht, tagelanges Warten auf Rückrufe und Antworten auf Mails sind hier wohl nicht vorgesehen. Und nach 3 Mails und 5 Bitten um Rückruf habe ich es aufgegeben! Also treffen Sie die richtige Entscheidung und suchen Sie sich andere Hausärzte! Nur als kleine Ergänzung vom 26.09.: die Patientin ist verstorben bevor ein Rückruf kam, das ist wirklich unglaublich!!!

    Unfortunately no telephone availability. I wanted to politely cancel an appointment that I will unfortunately miss. After countless attempts and endless queue announcements... I'm giving up now.

    Really disrespectful. I booked an appointment online and received a confirmation etc. When I registered at reception they said they weren't accepting any new patients and that I wasn't in the system so there was nothing they could do. Why do I receive a confirmation if no new patients are admitted?! The system would have to compare the personal data beforehand and determine if it was a new patient?! Definitely not recommended.

    I can't understand the 5 star reviews. The reception is neither friendly nor quick. And the doctors change on the assembly line. I have only been managed and given prescriptions in 5 years. I wasn't even properly examined. Even though I was a stroke patient, not one of the 5 doctors checked my blood pressure. I think the only purpose of the Medicum is to make money. I have already left the medical center.

    People usually go to doctors when they are not feeling well, but to find a practice full of disrespectful and unhelpful people was absolutely disappointing. 10 horses won't get me there anymore.

    Ich bin froh, den heutigen Termin wahrgenommen zu haben. Kurz um: ein sehr organisiertes Team, keine Wartezeit, eine absolut interessierte Ärztin, die meiner Sache auf den Grund geht. Das Team gibt sich große Mühe - Und das habe ich tatsächlich selbst mitbekommen. Ihr seid ein gutes Team - ich fühle mich wohl und bin dankbar, als Patientin angenommen worden zu sein.

    Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend it. The people at reception seem to be much more than their absolute limit. Either it's busy or, when it's free, no one answers the phone

    If you have some emergency, they are very helpful. There are some doctors that knows also English as well as Turkish. So communication is also not a problem. Yes, of course depending on your situation there can be some waiting times, but in the end quality and handling is very good and all the stuff are very helpful.

    I wanted to say a lot of praise to Ms. Özcan, although it is really, really difficult for me to take blood, you are one of the few who always manages to do it right away and on the first try. I feel in great hands with you. Thank you very much for that.

    I'm very satisfied so far, everything has always been going great! The doctor Ms. Dr. Mosunova is very nice and reliable, as are the employees. I feel very well looked after here.

    Called the “acute number” since 8 a.m., tried 25 times, constantly busy. On site you are told that all the doctors are sick and nothing can be done for you. What a ridiculous shop. Not reachable and then no one can help. Just embarrassing
