    I let Michael accompany me for a while and it was probably one of the best decisions of my life. The goal was to finally achieve my desired fitness level/look. I also gained self-esteem, self-confidence and a healthier view of life. Michael is more than just a good and competent fitness trainer. In my opinion he is also a mental trainer. The outdoor training sessions, which unfortunately no longer exist, were always incredibly effective, cool and simply made sport fun. Thank you for everything!

    Michael trained us in the company for several years and always offered a varied program including mini football. I'm currently training in his online courses and am still having fun! He always spreads a good mood and pushes the course participants to their limits - leaving them with nasty sore muscles the next day :)

    I needed to lose weight in the short term and a friend recommended Michael to me. Michael managed to make me lose 4 kg in 14 days by changing my diet. We're not done yet and we're not where I want to be, but with this result I'm confident that we'll lose the remaining kilos. Thank you for believing in me and for working together towards my goal!     In addition to the online group lessons, I booked individual training lessons with Michael. In addition to good basics, Michael also gave me training skills. What I have achieved in the 5 months is impressive. As soon as circumstances allow again, I will resume the journey. Thank you for your support!

    So far I have taken part in three different courses from Michael Knez. Two of them online, one offline, in the park. All three courses are taught and carried out confidently, professionally and adapted to the different participants. The registration conditions are well regulated so that you can register for the courses weekly. During outdoor training, a large number of devices are available and new exercises are continually demonstrated. The training remains challenging and is suitable for both beginners and advanced users. The atmosphere in the courses is cheerful and relaxed and so many different people take part - it's just fun!

    I started personal training with Michael 3 months ago, including nutritional advice, with the desire to lose weight. I hadn't done any exercise for almost 20 years, didn't eat well and weighed over 160kg. With his help, I lost almost 20kg in just 3 months and felt good about it! He tailored the program and diet well to my needs and corrected it if necessary. The training is varied and fun, but also demanding to the limit. Thank you Michael for the great support and here’s to another year together!

    I have been training at MKnez for 5 years now and am still enthusiastic about the training. The training is demanding and always varied. The trainer pays great attention to the correct execution of the exercises, explains the purpose of the exercises and which muscles are being used. Thanks to the online offer, I can still take part in the training even after moving to Berlin. I can absolutely recommend MKnez Personal Training!!! 5 Stars.

    Ich litt seit mehr als einem Jahr unter Schulterschmerzen. Obwohl ich mehrere physiotherapeutische Behandlungen erhalten habe, wurde mein Problem nie vollständig gelöst. Leider hatte ich seit letzten November auch Schmerzen im Ellbogen (Tennisellenbogen). Wieder herum zu Orthopäden und Physiotherapeuten, um zu versuchen, meine Probleme zu lösen.Leider habe ich nur Zeit verschwendet, ohne einen Nutzen zu haben. Gleichzeitig war ich frustriert, weil ich vor Schmerzen nicht im Fitnessstudio trainieren konnte. Glücklicherweise kam ich eines Tages an Michaels Fitnessstudio vorbei und recherchierte neugierig im Internet, ob dies die richtige Lösung für meine Probleme sein könnte. Es war nicht einfach, eine Entscheidung zu treffen, nur weil ich den Berichten auf der Website und den Kommentaren anderer Kunden hätte vertrauen sollen. Ich beschloss, auch diesen Weg zu versuchen, schließlich konnte es nur eine weitere Enttäuschung werden. Heute kann ich mich nur freuen, meine rundum positive Erfahrung mit Michael teilen zu können. Seine Leidenschaft bei seiner Arbeit, seine Freundlichkeit, seine Motivation, aber vor allem seine Entschlossenheit, trotz meiner negativen Momente weiterzumachen, halfen mir, weiterzumachen und nicht das Handtuch zu werfen. Nach 4 Monaten sind meine Schmerzen fast verschwunden, aber dank ihm habe ich gelernt, die Dinge richtig zu machen, um weitere Probleme zu vermeiden. Für all dies bin ich sehr dankbar, ihn kennengelernt zu haben und kann nicht umhin, meine positiven Erfahrungen in seinem Studio zu teilen und ich freue mich sehr, ihn weiterempfehlen zu können Biagio De Sanctis

    I have been training with Michael since March 2022. I started with severe neck and back pain. Thanks to Michael's sessions, I quickly became pain-free because he knew very well what I needed. In general, the training is very demanding and varied. I always take a lot of inspiration with me here. There is always a weekly task between the units. Michael is also very positive and demanding in training. His style is very motivating for me. I'm very happy.

    After the first few hours of training I felt better physically and mentally. By asking precise questions, the exercises are adapted very precisely, much better than is possible with physiotherapy - simply for time reasons. I also like the appreciation of small successes, it motivates me even more. I'm excited to see what happens after my rehab!

    A truly special coach. We have set a goal for the program and we are consistently working on it. Of course there are ups and downs in your own fitness. This is exactly why I need personal support, to motivate myself, to master the respective sensitivities, to see and enjoy success. For me, the training sessions with Michael are special events that are very important. Not only is my body trained here, but my self-confidence is also strengthened.
