    I left this branch in EKZ-Farmsen. All employees are always “sweet and helpful” to me. People often joke at the checkout and when I'm helpless looking for something, the employees help immediately. I always admire that they remain friendly even to customers who just complain or are unfriendly. I've been going there for years and am TOP SATISFIED. Today I was moved to tears because I received a donation from kl. Bags for the homemade liverwurst biscuits that the homeless people will receive from me on December 24th, 23 for their dogs tomorrow morning. Thanks to all the employees, you're doing a great job. And special thanks to Ms. A. Janotte that the cookies 🍪 are now all in their bags. And these people can also feel a little Christmas. Kind regards Alex Kottysch

    I was there this morning and the older cashier with the colorful hair was not only rude but made a racist comment to me. Congratulations to your employees.

    I can only agree with the previous commentators. A branch with absolutely unfriendly and overwhelmed employees. The coupons never work. Poor reception is always given as an excuse. Furthermore, yesterday I was not allowed to get in the long queue with my feverish child! Although I was dependent on the articles. Which mother voluntarily goes shopping with a feverish child? A MOTHER WHO HAS NO WAY TO CARE FOR THE CHILD ELSEWHERE AND HAS TO TAKE THEM WITH HER!! The best thing: After I complained to customer service by telephone today, I received an answer saying that I supposedly wanted to buy make-up with my diapers and was therefore not allowed in... what a nasty insinuation from the employees. There are certainly enough camera recordings that prove the opposite. It is clear to me that from now on I will generally avoid the ROSSMANN company, delete the app, no longer order online and unsubscribe from the newsletter. I went to Budnikowski in the center that day and will be doing my shopping there from now on! P.S. Unfortunately, I have often noticed the rude and negative behavior of the employees towards other customers while shopping. No matter whether in sales or at the checkout. It's a real shame... This branch would have had such great potential to make more sales with other staff...

    On March 10, 2022, I entered this branch at around 7:00 p.m. The organization of items belonging to the same product group irritates and amazes me more and more. It starts at the entrance: Here different umbrellas are presented in the same pot. The simple umbrella is offered at around €4, the supposedly exclusive one is offered at around €9. Unfortunately there are no price tags on the umbrellas. The umbrella that costs twice as much could be the patterned one. Nevertheless, it also looks cheap and not exclusive. So you will find out at the checkout if you ask there. Now I'm looking for "ISANA CARE BAD", which is always stored near the liquid soaps in other branches. Here you have to look for it and find it far away in another row. The same thing happens here with kitchen rolls (paper). In other branches it is stored together with toilet paper. Here it is stored many rows away. When looking for "ALOUETTE" facial tissues (150 pieces) I find them on the same shelf with "ALOUETTE handkerchiefs" containing 100 pieces.... Conclusion: There is a lack of logical arrangement and thus the ability to find articles. Could it be that some frustrated customers give up their search? Now to the checkout: If there is a long queue, only one cash register (by the branch manager) is manned. Since I had bought a lot of products, there was an (avoidably) long line. The payment process went smoothly (even with coupons). However, there is a lot of room for improvement in this branch!

    This morning I was at the branch at 8 a.m. to print out passport photos. In the morning all the employees are sorting and unpacking, but the nice ladies still helped me, I think it was the branch management who helped me and took the time Then an employee came along who set up the right format for me, what can I say, very, very friendly, helpful and very nice! Gladly again, thank you for saving my day, so I can apply for my A license today! Thank you very much for your willingness to help, time and effort! See you soon! Great and strong team! That's how it should be! I show my respect and understanding to every person, it's hectic everywhere and the world isn't always pink, the employees are also people, like all of us, and not machines! No matter whether it's hectic or not, just put a smile on everyone's face, stay grounded, then we'll all be happy and satisfied! Chapeau

    Bought 2 items: Manhattan 2-phase lipstick glued on like new, but instead of light rose on the outside = dark red on the inside! Maybellin mascara totally dried out. I disposed of both in anger because I had experienced something similar there before and the receipt was no longer available.

    We are flying abroad in a few days to visit relatives and friends. Today I bought a few small items such as sunscreen cream, facial care, etc. Many items cost less than 1 EUR. At the checkout, the cashier said to me with evil eyes that you can only buy 5 items per item!! Where is this rule?? For the small items too?? We have never experienced this, neither at DM, nor at Lidl, Aldi or Kaufland! Some employees in this branch are unfriendly, especially towards foreign citizens. The background should be investigated.

    I regularly do my small purchases and some large purchases here and experience a beautiful and very tidy branch with a good range. The Ideas World promotional items are likely to be a little more generous, as they are often sold out quickly - but the rapid “sale” is probably intended by the management in order to avoid accumulating unnecessary “remaining stock” (?). The employees are very friendly and helpful. They try hard and take the time to advise me and help me find an item instead of brushing me off with “you can find it over there...”. This is second to none! And the experienced employees in particular, whom I usually meet at the checkout, are extremely friendly and patient - even under pressure - because the branch is very busy and despite some very rude / impudent customers who obviously have to vent their frustration while shopping and make me feel ashamed of others. I would like to take this as an opportunity today to thank you very much and look forward to further positive shopping experiences!
