entered
this
branch
at
around
7:00
p.m.
The
organization
of
items
belonging
to
the
same
product
group
irritates
and
amazes
me
more
and
more.
It
starts
at
the
entrance:
Here
different
umbrellas
are
presented
in
the
same
pot.
The
simple
umbrella
is
offered
at
around
€4,
the
supposedly
exclusive
one
is
offered
at
around
€9.
Unfortunately
there
are
no
price
tags
on
the
umbrellas.
The
umbrella
that
costs
twice
as
much
could
be
the
patterned
one.
Nevertheless,
it
also
looks
cheap
and
not
exclusive.
So
you
will
find
out
at
the
checkout
if
you
ask
there.
Now
I'm
looking
for
"ISANA
CARE
BAD",
which
is
always
stored
near
the
liquid
soaps
in
other
branches.
Here
you
have
to
look
for
it
and
find
it
far
away
in
another
row.
The
same
thing
happens
here
with
kitchen
rolls
(paper).
In
other
branches
it
is
stored
together
with
toilet
paper.
Here
it
is
stored
many
rows
away.
When
looking
for
"ALOUETTE"
facial
tissues
(150
pieces)
I
find
them
on
the
same
shelf
with
"ALOUETTE
handkerchiefs"
containing
100
pieces....
Conclusion:
There
is
a
lack
of
logical
arrangement
and
thus
the
ability
to
find
articles.
Could
it
be
that
some
frustrated
customers
give
up
their
search?
Now
to
the
checkout:
If
there
is
a
long
queue,
only
one
cash
register
(by
the
branch
manager)
is
manned.
Since
I
had
bought
a
lot
of
products,
there
was
an
(avoidably)
long
line.
The
payment
process
went
smoothly
(even
with
coupons).
However,
there
is
a
lot
of
room
for
improvement
in
this
branch!
