Not recommended. Downstairs there is noisy main street and Penny with homeless people in front of the common entrance. At the back subway above ground. Also overpriced.

Leider unzuverlässiger und unehrlicher Umgang mit Kunden - lieber Hände weg! Ich habe bei ihnen die Wohnung in Hamburg vom 1.-6. Juni reserviert. Nach unserer Buchung hat sich Besitzer der Wohnung bei uns gemeldet und uns mitgeteilt, dass es einen Fehler bei der Buchung gab und die Wohnung jetzt von 2 Familien gleichzeitig gebucht wurde. Als Entschädigung hat er uns im Folgenden eine andere Wohnung (mit kostenlosem Upgrade) angeboten. Bei unserer Anreise ( am 1.6.20) wurden wir bei der Wohnungsübergabe überrascht, dass das ganze Gebäude eine Baustelle ist. Der Blick aus allen Zimmern der Wohnung war auf ein Gerüst und eine Schutzfolie. Ebenso hat uns die Mitarbeiterin des Eigentümers mitgeteilt, dass die Handwerker von früh bis Abends arbeiten. Nach mehreren Versuchen den Besitzer per SMS und Telefon zu erreichen, hat er sich gemeldet und zugegeben, dass er uns nicht informiert hat, dass das komplette Gebäude (Fassade und Dach) saniert wird. Dann haben wir versucht kurzfristig (mit 2 Kindern!) in der Ferienzeit ein Hotel in Hamburg zu finden. Die Buchung eines Hotels hat uns mehr gekostet. Der Besitzer der Wohnung hat die Übernahme der Mehrkosten abgelehnt. Schockierend ist, dass dies nicht im Ausland sondern in Hamburg passiert ist. Wir werden jetzt versuchen die Sache auf juristischem Wege klären.

The neighborhood is not really appealing, but the apartment is beautiful. Very noisy with the windows open, but when you close them you don't hear anything. Beds are wonderful, large television, wonderful shower. Supermarket is downstairs, metro is a 1-minute walk and you are in the city center within 15 minutes. Shame about the vagrants/beggars hanging around the entrance, but that seems to be the case everywhere in Hamburg. We didn't notice any planes flying over, not even with the windows open.

I stayed at this apartment during my trip to Hamburg. Very convenient place to stay. It’s right next to the train. I mean a stone throw to the train station and that makes it very convenient to get to the city center within a few minutes. Check in was smooth and easy. The operator, was very easy to reach and very helpful. The apartment was very clean and had all I needed for my stay. Bed is very comfortable and there is great light into the apartment during the day. There is also a supermarket right around the corner, a coffee shop with good coffee and freshly baked goods. There are a few good local restaurants reachable from this place. It’s also walkable to the neighborhood mall and the lakeside for a nice walk around. Great location for individuals, couples or family.

Amazing apartment. Fully equipped and right next to metro station. Very clean and nice stuff. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place close to the centre of Hamburg. Clean, comfortable beds, quiet. Would come back anytime.

The apartment is clean and ok. You have a few stairs in front of you. But the location to the train is really great. Right next to the entrance is the entrance to a net. Which makes shopping no problem. It's about 1 minute to the subway. Recommended for a short trip to Hamburg.

The apartment is very suitable for a short stay. There's a penny downstairs, open until 10 p.m. You can reach the subway in 2 minutes and the main station in 10 minutes. There are enough dishes etc. available. All very practical.

A great apartment for me is the lamp in the room and the fact that you don't have to worry about anything from the property

Beautiful place to stay. Two bedroooms and fully equipped kitchen. Close to center and easy to reach by train.
