Incredibly
good!
Especially
for
anxious
patients
who
want
to
undergo
rehabilitation
under
general
anesthesia.
Written
compactly
because
there
is
a
character
limit.
;)
Organization
and
general:
Appointments
are
always
reminded
via
SMS.
Necessary
documents
(blood
tests,
ECG,
etc.)
are
explained,
noted,
remembered
and
digitized.
Reachability
via
email
and
telephone
is
great
-
in
other
words:
fast
response
times.
The
practice
is
very
pretty
/
open
/
neutral
and
doesn't
smell
like
a
medical
environment
at
all.
Easily
accessible
via
public
transport,
a
parking
space
in
the
underground
car
park
upon
request,
gate-protected
bicycle
parking
spaces.
The
preliminary
interview
was
held
in
a
separate
room
with
normal
chairs,
not
on
a
treatment
chair.
Everything
was
discussed
neutrally,
nothing
was
forced.
All
wishes/ideas/backgrounds
were
heard
and
recorded
for
the
following
preliminary
examination
for
a
treatment
and
cost
plan.
Questions
were
consistently
answered.
Great
emphasis
was
placed
on
details:
for
example,
it
was
asked
whether
ZA
instruments
could
trigger
and
whether
they
should
perhaps
be
better
covered.
I
could
never
have
imagined
such
a
considerate
questioning
before
treatment.
The
preliminary
consultation
is
a
patient's
own
contribution
and
it
was
absolutely
worth
the
few
euros
charged:
an
insight
into
the
practice
and
a
personal
impression
of
the
treating
doctor
without
a
mirror
or
probe
in
the
mouth.
All
desired
and
personal
contributions
are
also
clearly
indicated
in
advance.
Always
dependent
on
the
treatment
and
cost
plan.
This
is
also
worked
out
and
explained
very
well
by
the
team
and
doctor.
Applications
to
the
KV
are
accepted
by
the
team.
Preliminary
examination:
impressions,
x-rays,
individual
findings
by
tooth,
overall
findings,
advice
on
decision-making
options
for
short-
and
long-term
treatment
-
everything
was
included.
The
doctor
and
team
were
consistently
friendly
and
considerate.
For
example,
it
was
also
asked
beforehand
whether
the
examination
should
take
place
in
silence
or
in
a
more
communicative/talkative/explanatory
manner.
Depending
on
your
personal
condition
and
feelings.
Surgery
under
light
general
anesthesia:
the
anesthetist
/
anesthetist
Dr.
"B"
(kA
whether
he
likes
or
may
be
named)
carried
out
an
extremely
tolerable
anesthesia.
The
usual
intubation
was
replaced
by
a
special
mask,
which
obviously
still
allowed
the
upper
and
lower
jaw
to
be
repaired.
So
no
sore
throat
after
the
operation.
A
few
minutes
after
waking
up,
I
was
back
on
my
feet
and
unexpectedly
clear-headed.
No
nausea,
no
side
effects.
I
was
carefully
monitored
during
the
operation.
When
my
heart
slowed
down
a
little,
the
treatment
also
slowed
down,
was
briefly
suspended,
reassessed
to
be
on
the
safe
side
(according
to
the
progress
of
the
operation)
and
then
continued
and
completed
after
stabilization.
And
as
I
said:
I
was
super
fit
afterwards
and
only
dreamed
something
pleasant
and
quickly
forgotten.
The
entire
team
worked
overtime
that
evening
to
treat
me
as
gently
as
possible
and
to
achieve
the
stated
goal
regardless
of
the
longer
duration.
In
the
meantime,
the
medication
was
prescribed
directly
and
a
sick
note
was
forwarded
to
the
KV.
During
this
time,
my
companion
was
able
to
pick
up
the
medication
from
the
nearby
pharmacy
or
order
it
for
the
next
morning.
Directly
the
morning
after
there
was
a
quick
follow-up
examination
without
an
appointment
-
come
in
at
your
own
convenience.
All
questions
that
came
up
were
answered
very
well
and
information
about
the
course
of
the
operation
was
presented.
Follow-up
dates
and
steps
have
already
been
agreed/determined.
I
assumed
that
I
would
be
classically
insane
after
the
operation.
Also,
I'll
probably
be
pretty
exhausted
in
the
morning.
Think.
After
the
operation
I
was
almost
well
rested
and
fit,
so
I
hardly
had
to/could/wanted
to
sleep
the
night
after.
So
again,
many,
many
thanks
to
the
anesthetist,
the
entire
team
and
Dr.
Drong
yourself.
We'll
see
each
other
again
soon
and
continue
working
on
a
completely
new
smile.
