The top address for Japanese Zendokai Karate-MMA in Germany. With Enrico as a trainer, simply competent and great. Great structure where the individual elements are trained thoroughly.

I’ve travelled the world and been to hundreds of academies, so I know what I’m talking about when I was saying that this place is a legit martial art academy. The head instructor Lilo is one of the best female grapplers and it’s such a privilege to train with her! 👸🏻🥋🏆

My son really enjoys training with Enrico. Training also takes place during the holidays, which I personally think is great. My son is learning karate and having a lot of fun, what more could you want?! Thanks for that.😃

Our son, 9 years old, is there and has a lot of fun, he does karate there. The nice thing is that you can go there on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. This way you can vary things up if you can't do it that day. The trainer is very nice and competent. We are more than satisfied! Can only be recommended.

You can't add anything when they welcome you like family and the treatment is exceptional. Ideal for training both your children and the elderly. You can practice all types of martial arts. Thank you for sharing your knowledge to the team of senseis from Artesano Fight Sport Academy, to the colleagues and especially to the sensei Lilo Asensi teaching bjj with gi and no gi belonging to the Tibet club of Alicante. You make a great team at artisan fight sport academy. oss.

I had no martial arts experience when I started with Enrico. But that wasn't an obstacle and even though I started karate very late, I was able to make quick progress. The training is very varied and thanks to individual feedback you learn to carry out the individual techniques really precisely. In addition, the atmosphere is right and the fact that you can also take belt tests is additionally motivating. Conclusion: excellent for beginners and professionals alike!

Enrico's Zendokai martial arts gym can be found in the back of the KG gym. Enrico himself actually comes from karate, but also has other coaches on board with BJJ and Muay trainers. In general, everyone can come and go as they please, which means that training can be easily combined with a time-intensive job and everyone can put together their training to suit their personal needs, what intensity is desired and what level (beginner, advanced, competitor, etc. ) you are or want to achieve. The good and considerate team definitely makes it pleasant for everyone to train here.

Friendly interaction and a highly qualified team of trainers from different styles enable you to have everything a (combat) athlete's heart desires. From beginners to hobbyists to semi-professionals, everyone can improve their skills here. As a working hobbyist, it was important to me that there were no *cough* "thugs" here and that I could easily do the sport alongside a 40-hour week. Of course, a few bruises and a lot of sore muscles are inevitable, but I really feel like I've improved massively physically and technically under the guidance of the exemplary trainers Enrico, Lilo and Skippy. The training is didactically well structured; it explains why which exercises are important for what. The focus is (especially for beginners) on basic knowledge in order to achieve initial successes as quickly as possible, so that motivation remains and you can put what you have learned to good use if necessary. I don't like to write about prices (what is worth how much to whom varies greatly) but by Hamburg standards they are pretty cheap.

I started PT with Enrico in May of this year and it was very professional and since August I have been going to his studio at least twice a week and learning the versatility of martial arts there. What I also particularly like is that everyone there gets along really well, whether trainers or students, young or old. I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to learn a lot and have fun at the same time.
