After I got a referral from my family doctor, I looked for a surgeon nearby. I got an appointment very quickly, within a week. After the examination and my consent to a minor operation, I got this appointment VERY quickly. In just 4 days later. I am a statutory health insurance patient and by no means a private patient. The staff is nice, maybe not all of them, but at least all of them are polite and not condescending. The doctor never has much time and only tells us what is necessary. But if you ask, he takes the time to answer and explain. You shouldn't get irritated because he seems short. I suspect this is due to the large number of patients, but he was always polite and took the time to answer questions. The operation went well. The two follow-up appointments also went smoothly. I had to wait about 30 minutes for the first appointment. There is no waiting time of 5 minutes for the surgery appointment and no more than 5 - 10 minutes waiting time for the aftercare appointments. All in all, I can fully recommend both the doctor and the practice itself.

Nobody answers the phone from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.! After an accident on the way, you can only go to a transit doctor and you will be sent away, you won't be able to take anyone in this week... Then you can also speak something like that on a tape so that you don't have to drive to every doctor pointlessly

I have always been very satisfied with the practice. I can't understand some of the negative reviews. Everyone is very nice and helpful to me (maybe because I'm friendly to them too?). As a patient, you should perhaps reflect on your own behavior. Some expect to be treated immediately without an appointment. This is not possible in any practice because every patient needs more or less time with the doctor. You should be patient, polite and flexible. Ultimately, patients want something from the practice, not the other way around. Therefore, the MFA do not deserve to be treated unkindly just because you cannot impose your own (unrealistic) will. With Dr. I am also very satisfied with Möller. Conversations, examinations and treatment are always friendly and competent. I really have nothing to complain about.

I am totally satisfied. I was treated extremely kindly at all times. Both the nurses and Dr. Strodthoff treated me with care. I absolutely cannot understand where some of the bad reviews come from.

I was there today and had a small surgical procedure on my feet, very nice MFA and the doctor was simply top. Thank you for the good medical care

A few days ago I was with Dr. Roßbach for treatment. He was recommended to me by a distant acquaintance and I was happy to make the journey from Lüneburg. The waiting time was about 15 minutes. When I came to his treatment room, he examined me and explained my MRI findings in understandable terms. I felt very well looked after and can highly recommend him as a specialist. Extremely unfriendly staff on the counter (not one, but most of them!), especially considering that the doctor is supposed to be looking at accidental cases. *Do not* recommend to visit in case of any emergency. Out of curiosity, I looked into previous reviews and not surprised that people have the same complaints for more than a year, and situation is still the same. Doctor seems to be very competent, yet cannot understand how he works with such staff!

I've been with Mr. for ages. Möller had been a patient. For me he is a really great doctor who has often helped me a lot. Unfortunately, it is often difficult to get an appointment.

Because of my suffering, I was seen by Dr. Dag treated. I have rarely experienced such a structured and organized practice, a competent doctor who knows exactly what information is important for the patient. Dr. Dag also operated on me and I am simply satisfied with the entire treatment and would recommend it to anyone.
