A year ago already with Dr. Böttcher was still great today. After good reviews, I wanted to see another doctor for a second opinion. But today with Dr. Reinders didn't work at all. First you are condemned for going to see him in Bergedorf and not going to Winsen because you come from the country. Then the transfer form is not filled out correctly. Completely arrogant appearance. Didn't want to help me at all. The worst doctor in the last ten years, never again.

Good day, Back then the doctor's assistants were friendly, but today it leaves a lot to be desired. Despite an appointment with a brain wave measurement, you are rejected in an impossible tone, but you have to be friendly, after all, people are sick and are looking for help. You are not allowed to talk to other patients in the practice, the doctor's assistant talks about Corona and safety but you don't put your waiting room at 1.50, you have to keep your distance. What Dr. Böttcher always comes every 3 months, but it means that you have to keep telling him that it has to be done, etc. If you don't do it, unfortunately you just say hello and goodbye... Very sad and the doctor's assistant is very unfriendly and has an impossible tone about sick people not recommended.

We were received very harshly and treated very rudely and not emphatically by Mr. Böttcher. He couldn't help us with our questions. After the appointment we were even more desperate and exhausted than before.

The doctor's assistants are a disaster, insensitive and unfriendly, lecturing patients for whom going to a psychiatrist is difficult anyway. Appointments are only made on certain days, with long queues in the stairwell. There is a change of doctor for precisely these reasons. A complaint to the Medical Association is in progress. Dr. Böttcher himself is nice, but also doesn't respond thoroughly to the patient.

I have been a patient of Dr. since 2005. Böttcher and will continue to be so. He helped me a lot with many things. He is competent, very sensitive, friendly and takes the time to listen to me when I have problems. His ladies at the registration desk are also always friendly. Simply great!

Dr. Böttcher is very nice, sensitive, gives some tips, asks how you are doing and takes his time with his patients. Thank you Dr. Böttcher.

Being understanding and empathetic is different, especially for this professional group! A craftsman could do it better. This doctor won't see me again, even if it's the last one on this planet... Without words!

Here you can clearly see how the healthcare system is collapsing. Protection of personal rights? None. To make matters worse, acutely ill people are simply turned away. You don't have any space, so why help someone who is sick. This is how health works in 2024.

Dr. Böttcher is a very nice and caring doctor. He listens to everything calmly and looks for a long-term solution. The medical assistants are also very kind and helpful. I can only recommend the practice and feel in good hands!

A loud and commanding tone on the phone with an unfriendly request to come to the emergency consultation hour! No thanks. At the end of the conversation I was not “sick enough” with MS and loss of vision! If necessary, you should have someone else operate the telephone. One star is still too many.
