Absolutely
bad
experience!
The
prenatal
center
is
really
bad
and
definitely
not
recommended.
Unfortunately!
We
went
there
on
a
recommendation,
but
had
to
experience
that
the
work
there
was
superficial,
data
protection
was
not
taken
seriously,
doctors
were
sometimes
very
superficial
and
not
sensitive,
but
that's
exactly
what
you
want
during
pregnancy.
No
instructions
for
filling
out
staff
questionnaires.
Taking
blood
was
a
disaster
and
very
unpleasant.
We
were
registered
for
the
“non-invasive
prenatal
test/blood
test”
NIPT
Trisomy
21
including
gender
determination.
This
was
also
confirmed
to
us
when
we
registered
and
also
by
the
treating
doctor,
Ms.
Dr.
Cetine.
Unfortunately,
the
doctor
forgot
to
put
a
cross
on
the
gender
determination
order
sent
to
the
laboratory!
Then
it
started,
the
first
call
from
Dr.
Cetin
with
confusing
stories
and
data
after
the
blood
results,
she
told
us
completely
wrong
data
and
personal
information
of
another
patient
on
the
phone
until
we
stopped
her
and
said
that
it
couldn't
fit.
Then
she
just
said,
“Oh,
then
I
must
have
swapped
the
pieces
of
paper…”!
That
was
the
opposite
of
competent
and
very
worrying.
On
the
second
attempt,
at
least
we
hope,
she
gave
us
the
correct
information
on
the
phone.
Then,
the
second
call
from
her
to
determine
the
sex,
she
said
it
didn't
work
in
the
laboratory
because
we
hadn't
put
an
X
on
an
application
from
the
prenatal
center
to
the
laboratory.
Strangely
enough,
the
application
clearly
states
exactly
in
the
area
to
be
filled
out
by
the
doctor!
It
doesn't
say
to
be
filled
out
by
the
patient!
So
she
wanted
to
blame
us
for
her
misconduct
and
obvious
incompetence,
that
was
a
bottomless
impudence!
We
don't
know
the
gender,
although
we
really
wanted
to
know
and
had
expressly
said
so
several
times
and
it
was
understood.
At
the
end,
Ms.
Celic
said
that
it
was
just
bad
luck,
people
also
make
mistakes
and
that's
right,
mistakes
can
happen,
but
then
you
have
to
be
responsible
for
the
mistakes
and
admit
them.
The
laboratory
could
have
determined
the
gender
retrospectively
based
on
the
available
values,
but
unfortunately
no
one
stood
up
for
us,
that's
really
sad
and
really
bad
service
and
zero
appreciation
for
the
patients.
They
could
have
corrected
the
mistake,
but
they
didn't,
so,
grade:
6.
No
pregnant
woman
should
go
here
and
if
she
does,
she
should
question
EVERYTHING
and
ideally
have
everything
confirmed
in
writing.
