Everytime when I’m there it’s packed, especially when they release new products. Luckily they have enough employees who are happy to help. Everything always goes well !

The problem with Apple stores is that you can never get served quickly because of all the layabouts and nerds clogging up the aisles. The staff seem to have forgotten that the main purpose of a store is to sell stuff.

Super helpful staff as usual. Their corona measures are on point. Normally you receive a QR code on your email which you can easily scan on the spot so that they find your query faster. But as my data and phone weren’t working, they used their internal system to find my file. It was done swiftly.

Had to wait nearly and hour to bug new rubber inserts for Air Pod Pro. An hour! Comment was that I should have made an appointment. An appointment!? To simply buy rubber inserts!?

We where told to wait 20 min which it was ok, after 30 a worker came up to us to ask how can he help and turn out unfriendly so we left without purchasing anything.

Very helpful to my elderly aunt. Apple helped get her phone started again. We did have an appointment Termin.

Although quite crowded, they are very well organized and everything works fast. Make a reservation if you need a repair service and it will go even faster.

Even though I made an appointment, i had to wait almost 1h before someone helped me. The person that eventually helped me was impatient and did not seem to try to understand or listen to my concern. This was the worst apple experience I have ever had.
