Not recommendable. If you have an appointment (3 months) wait. After that, a stress ECG should be done, wait another 2.5 months and a call comes and we have to cancel the appointment. It would only be on Friday and they are all full. Luckily just the heart and nothing important

The telephone availability is absolutely not worthy of a doctor's office - there has been no phone call for 2/3 days to make an appointment for a long-term ECG. Also the references from previous recessions, you can send an email - that's all well and good, but should you write back and forth 5 times because of an appointment...??? But the doctors are all great!!

It was my first time here and I have to say it was well organized. Of course, if “pain patients” come, they will of course be given priority treatment. Every patient should have time, I believe that we as humans have forgotten that. At least some. I felt in good hands. A doctor can't play God either. Many thanks also to the hard-working ladies at reception...

Very well organized practice, consultation with the doctor at eye level. I was with Dr. I am completely satisfied with Besinger and I felt very well taken care of. I will now attend my cardiological examinations regularly after not having them for 4 years after a bad experience. Nice experience that there is another way. Many thanks to the entire practice team

I went to the Kardiologische Praxis Sasel to have my COVID-19 test administered after having flown over from the USA and the process could not have been more smooth and seamless. Everyone was courteous and efficient and the whole process did not take more than 15-20 minutes. The negative test results were provided less than a day after the testing via text and the hard copy was mailed to me. Great experience!

Very well organized and very friendly team. You feel in good hands and cared for. Dr. von Gersum communicates to the point and is understandable for the layperson. The only small drawback is the very long waiting time for an appointment. But the wait was worth it.

At this point I have to say a lot of praise to the practice team. Everyone is incredibly nice, courteous and professional. Dr. Heik examined me extremely extensively and took a lot of time. I find that absolutely remarkable. I always felt welcomed and looked after in the practice. No stone was left unturned to find the cause of my complaints. Of course I also had to wait 5 months for an appointment, but I don't see that as a drawback as this is normal in every practice these days. You have to keep in mind that there will be more patients, not fewer, and emergencies will of course be prioritized. In addition, my symptoms were not critical or life-threatening, so this doesn't bother me. I can't say much about availability on the phone, I sent an email and received a response the same day, so it's great. I can fully recommend this practice!

A very good practice team, always friendly. My treating cardiologist Dr. Heik is a top performer in his field. From the first contact I had full confidence in the treatment he suggested and the treatment he would provide at the Albertinen. The parking space at the practice is a bit of a disadvantage, but for a long time it still worked.

Dr. med. Heik is a very competent, pleasant doctor who also takes the time to answer questions. Highly recommended, clearly exceeded my expectations! Absolutely competent and great practice! Great team!
