Must be the worst shop for customer service the staff must be trained to hate customers , people here saying that the customer service is good must suffer from Stockholm syndrome. Every time I go in I see staff on the tills been rude to customers it’s unbelievable how the customers let them get away with it. I see it almost every time when I go in there . I used to work in retail in the uk and Ireland and if did this you would be fired on the spot, the older staff seem nicer. I must also say that I never see management going around in the shop they must be sitting in an office all day and don’t know what’s going on or don’t care. I am surprised since it’s in the gay area. Although the shop is very nice and well stocked the terrible customer service blows it out of the water. I must say that German customer service in general is terrible so if you are from the US or the English speaking world be prepared.

One of the better sites in the chain. Very spacious, clean and well organised. The collection is really good as well. They have a lot of fresh ready to go options.

Top notch grocery store. Absolutely incredible selection. I didn't know where to start. The fruit was unbelievably fresh, so good.

One of the amazing branches of Edeka. And I myself am amazed to see this branch so clean, full of stock and vatiety despite the fact that it's located right in center and it's mostly too crowded but still everything was in order and that too on the weekend when there was a christmas market too. Hats off to thier management. Superb! Well done! 👏

An upscale supermarket, very well stocked, not cheap but the goods are all pretty much top range. Very good high quality fresh foods sections, with a particularly impressive cheese counter. Expertly stocked with alcohol - I am impressed not only by the wine and beer selections, but also the boutique liquors, Gin etc. Top class. A good shop, with I would say everything you could want for a discerning kitchen and cook.

Great variety. I found the prices to be quite good. I'm converting from euro to aud and all i can think to say to the people that are saying your expensive is "Don't come to Australia "

Good bakery and bread products. The staff is friendly. I take a coffee and cake here now and then.

Not the newest and not the biggest Edeka. Styled Store and specialists in delicatessen and upscale local brands and pricey produce. Very expensive supermarket, not good for regular shopping.

They have a lot of typically German stuff plus things you would recognise if you speak English. Good shop

High class supermarket, that charges a little more than the competition for nearly everything and some of its products are really expensive. Well laid out supermarket with great selection of products. Optically pleasing and has a friendly staff.
