Love this place. I always bring my visiting friends to see and walk its corridors. It used to be a Gestapo Central office in the 30s, so it is as historical as a building can get. At its center, you can see an amazing photograph exhibition showing its historical background. There is also an original Gestapo desk. Nowadays there are cool restaurants, boutiques and a high end hotel. It is Germany at its best. Historical and modern. Inviting, cool and reflective of its past. Cheers!!

Very beautiful place.. been so many times to Hamburg and find it first time . To go there you need to enter inside one building.. many exits.. very clean and cool.

Special place - cozy patio with great restaurants

I just love the way they have restored and resignified this historical building. The building itself is a network of corridors and courtyards with different kinds of shops and services. I would recommend visiting it if you like architecture. I liked the glazed ceramics a lot. The time I went there, there were some Christmas markets around the building and inside the building itself (in the courtyards, one of them offering a DJ).

Cool building with lots of small corridors and courtyards to explore. There is an exhibit in one of them about the buildings history, while others are home to restaurants.

The sweet n' spicy chicken was amazing as was the hot stone pot. Good seating areas outside or inside, down or upstairs. The staff was super friendly!! @kimchiguys
