Holmes Place chain has a very bad customer service. Don't trust on them when you ask for information, they are lying. - Ella Heinz lied to me in 2021 saying that I could quit whenever I wanted. When I finally asked to do it in 2022, they claim that I have to stay till the end of June (remember, this is a gym that costs 90€ per month). When asked by email, Ella never apologized and each email takes almost 10 days to get answered (remember again, 90€ per month and you get your email answered 10 days later) - After sending an email with a doctor text that I couldn't train, they said that the message of the doctor must show that is something chronic or severe for breaking my contract. I wonder who are they to know which kind of disease I have.

I was there around midday/afternoon and did a trial training session for €10 (swimming & sauna included). I'm in my early 20s and I'm interested in bodybuilding. Everything was available in terms of equipment, good quality and nice staff. It was also relatively empty and I thought it was very nice that you could look at the swimming pool while walking. All in all, a more affluent or older audience. That's why you have peace and quiet. ;) I was even allowed to charge my cell phone at the counter. Too expensive for me personally, which is why I'm not registering now, but generally pretty fair.

+ has everything you need for training, a wide range of options + hardworking staff - totally overcrowded on some days and times; Swimming pool occupied by external swimming courses - Cleanliness/hygiene is unfortunately subpar - toilets and spa are constantly unclean - old/mostly broken devices (especially Wattbikes that are constantly broken or discharged)

The facility, the equipment and the studio are generally okay. Unfortunately the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. There is a constant smell of manure in the showers.

Unfortunately, Holmes Place no longer has anything to do with Premium Fitness. The clientele is slowly becoming just as antisocial as at MC Fit and the studios are bursting at the seams. In my opinion, “Pizza After Work” has nothing to do with Premium Sport. Just another day when all the €25 customers come just because pizza is free and then block the devices with their cell phones. €25 a month has nothing to do with premium. Hopefully my special notice goes through, then I'll just try the Meridians Spa. They don't sell themselves off for €25 a month.

Unfortunately I can't respond to your meaningless answer, but I don't have the "feeling" that the club doesn't meet my standards, there's dust everywhere, mold in the shower and should we talk about the hair? The dust on the beams (Studio 1 and 2) and hair on the floors. Super gross. And can I also mention the lack of towels, which is a recurring issue despite the extra fee? You are simply too expensive for such avoidable defects. My girlfriend looked at the reviews and is now a member somewhere else. She was smart.

Poor customer service and level of support, but at a premium price! I’m extremely unsatisfied by the quality provided by this gym. I would not recommend it anymore.

I think the studio itself is okay… okay but it doesn’t justify the high fee! The showers, and generally the women's changing rooms, are not ventilated enough (are they ventilated at all?), and they often smell bad!!! Some of the showers are infested with mold. This definitely needs to be improved. The course offerings and the trainers are great... you can't say anything against them. But the person who doesn't go at all is the service employee who works at reception in the morning... an older gentleman with glasses! Incredibly unfriendly and arrogant (I haven't been able to figure out what he's imagining yet)! Rolls your eyes when you want 2 towels or argues with someone... but generally speaks/answers in a very condescending manner! For a while I liked going to training in the morning... then for a while I hoped that he just wasn't there... now I skip my training in the morning just to avoid him because he puts you in a bad mood right from the start his way... The rest of the employees are all very friendly!

terrible customer service. Cannot say anything about the place as I was not allowed to even try a probetrianing, advertised as FREE on the website because I did not know for sure if i YET wanted a membership, and they wanted to change me to workout. After filling the form with all my personal data the staff denied my right to have it all deleted as I WAS NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO WORKOUT. Left to ELBGYM and the treat was amazing, highly recommended.

Really nice place with a good quality, new renovation and clien-oriented approach. The group training are also nice. The only thing, I dont really like-the programme, which is written my trainers. During ine training I injured the back, but maybe it was just my personal experience.

Before I went to Holmes Place, I was at McFit, and it was such a nice change of atmosphere an people when I got here. It is obviously more expensive than McFit, but you have so much more features. They have a sauna, a Swimmingpool, swimminglessons for children, personal trainers, a. Body Check every half year and many more.

Great gym with a pool, sauna and towel service. I really enjoy every gym day to the fullest, even during the busy hours. (Chest Monday, etc.)

Friendly customer care by mentioning first name which I find brilliant, great atmosphere and surrounding. I am happy to be a part of this fitness club. I feel good and see great changes on my body and mind. I feel so great and confident looking myself on the mirror and enjoying .......new me! Attended here whilst travelling in Germany. Group fitness classes were difficult to book as they booked out quickly and members got preference over casual visitors. Venue and facilities were excellent and staff friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, there is little or no ventilation here... one or two employees at the reception unfortunately only welcome you with rolling eyes. Whether that's because you "just" go to company sports here, or whether other paying members are also received that way. I can't judge. But it has an aftertaste. So that you don't feel welcome.

So much different than the one in Hamburger Meile, this one genuinely feels like a premium club :) There is also a hairdresser in the club who was uttterly amazing!

Came to Hamburg for a week. Wanted to hit the gym and swimming pool. The staff was more than helpful during my calls and left the note for other colleagues and the same where I visited. Would highly suggest. Hats off to you all! Definitely will do some photos and share in the next days.

Looks old and there is a lot of dust everywhere and a strong smell in the entrance area. I would never pay €100 a month for it

I donot know if this place exist. I donot think this is the correct google location. I was there for an appointment on 02.01.2024 at 19:30, and could not find it. The owner could have put some directions or some signboards. I wasted and hour going and coming.

Facilities are great. Some of the staff needs customer service and diverse customer training. Similarly, the person doing the staffing may need to challenge themselves to make sure the staff population represents the diverse population of members that frequent the club… as there is seemingly only one diverse front-desk staff member, perhaps two or at most three if you include the cleaning AND personal trainer teams. Additionally, it’s worth noting there are a few employees (mostly trainers + the blonde membership advisor lady) who are likely to greet you with a smile, but otherwise your first interaction with a staff member is not likely to be that they gave you a new customer warm greeting, but instead it will be to sternly tell you some sort of facility-specific rule or to ask to double check whether you’re really a member and how many towels you’ve been given. Side-note you need one towel to shower and at-least another one to place on equipment, per their guidelines, yet the limit is two and if you are a diverse customer you’re likely to repeatedly see yourself being the only person they ask to show membership credentials for your first or second towel. Also, from the HR Strategy perspective there are a lot of staff members, but I’ve never seen someone cleaning equipment. Helping to re-rack weights is not really a thing and local customers don’t put weights back (most other gyms have a re-rack team every hour for this reason) but if you are a new or diverse customer you’re likely to feel like the staff is mostly paid to police your experience as opposed to making you feel welcomed or politely informed. In short, the gym itself is great. It just feels a bit like you’ll be a happier customer if you can manage to limit staff interactions. 3.5 stars would be appropriate if possible, but it’s not and 3 stars might be too punitive, so I’ll give 4 stars with the long text and hopes that the General Manager sees this and makes actionable changes.

Really nice environment! The best gym I have been to and will be hard to beat. Only disadvantage are sometimes the workout area is not very clean ( mold on they ceiling) and a bit pricey. Otherwise I love all their facilities and staff

Overall a nice gym experience. The facilities are clean and the equipment is fairly new. Even at peak times, I rarely have difficulty using the machines of my choice. The course offerings are varied and a nice change of pace, I recommend the float fit class. That being said, it is a bit pricey in comparison to other gyms in the area.

This is a great gym experience. Definitely more expensive then other gyms in the area, but this is reflected in the quality of the equipment and staff. The locker rooms have spacious lockers and clean facilities. Gym staff can easily be found and they are always friendly to help

The courses are great and Sabrina is one of the best trainers. Attended her class. She explains the course in such a detailed way, focusing one on the maximum efficiency and training effectiveness.

The older employee at the reception who is full of arrogance and arrogance doesn't work at all, even if it is the studio management or especially then, it is nothing that justifies such ignorant behavior. Once you have left this gentleman behind you and still feel like training, you head towards, in my case, the men's changing room... here I have often been greeted with a slightly acrid toilet smell, which then disappears a few meters further on , mixed with a cheesy musty smell into something indefinable. If you don't have a problem with the above-average prices - you could feel welcome here, if only there wasn't that unfriendly gentleman at the counter... the rest of the staff seem to be very nice and do a good job - which I still like , overall not convinced to recommend this studio, sorry - but there is simply a lot more for less in the area where the welcome alone makes you feel like you're in the right place..

I was able to effectively pursue my fitness goals in the gym. The diverse courses and the motivating environment always challenged me. The trainers (Alissia) were competent and were available to help me with any questions. A great experience that enriched my fitness journey.

Not gonna lie, worth every penny. Even tho I live 1hr away it’s still a really good Location. Staff is awesome too. 5 stars
