Love this bar! Old school bar in the middle of the flashing lights and unsavoury area. Deducting one star because the owner is an incredibly rude and unpleasant person. Beer was good though and nice old school atmosphere ;)

A stellar experience at Zur Ritze! Met some locals who filled me in on the rich history of this iconic bar. The atmosphere was electric, especially when the crowd started singing along to a popular German song—a moment I happily joined in on (or at least tried to) after enjoying a tasty pint of beer. This place perfectly encapsulates the lively local culture and is a must-visit for anyone looking for an authentic experience. Highly recommend!

The most famous bar in the district, really simple and nostalgic. It also has a fully functional boxing gym, managed by an old boxing champion original from the region.

Chill bar with a good atmosphere and really friendly staff. Even has a jukebox available to play your favorite music. Would definitely recommend

The way pictures are used to tell a story in there is so amazing. It’s a kind of sip and watch setting. Overall the quality of the service was amazing too. I’ll definitely recommend this if you want to try out something different.

Small, loud, dirty and full of smoke, great place to have a beer! Got a lot of history which you can see all around the venue. Defo a must visit when in Hamburg.

Never touch a running system

1 star service and overall because i cant put 0. Worst service i’ve seen in my 24 years living on this planet. The staff is literally drunk and will not serve you a beer even if you wait for 30minutes.
