The
venue
is
spectacular
and
we
always
have
a
great
time
in
both
halls.
However,
you
need
to
be
able
to
get
tickets
first
and
it's
genuinely
the
most
terrible
booking
system
I've
ever
experienced
in
my
life.
It's
a
shame
on
such
a
great
venue.
They
release
tickets
for
most
of
the
season
in
ONE
day
at
the
exact
SAME
time,
and
their
website
cannot
cope
with
it.
These
two
things
together
are
a
horrible
mix
and
they
have
clearly
never
learned
from
it.
From
their
perspective,
they
sell
the
tickets
so
it's
a
success,
but
they
waste
countless
hours
of
their
customers'
time.
I
spent
over
3
hours
trying
to
buy
tickets
today
and
failed
to
even
buy
one,
even
though
none
of
the
concerts
I
wanted
to
book
are
sold
out.
You
get
placed
into
a
massive
queue
that
seems
to
consist
of
all
online
shop
users,
but
when
I
get
to
the
top
of
the
queue
either
the
'Choose
your
seats'
button
is
broken
or
the
seat
selection
itself
doesn't
work.
In
three
different
browsers.
Then
it
places
you
at
the
back
of
the
queue
again
only
to
eventually
reach
the
same
errors.
This
is
unbelievably
bad
and
such
a
terrible
way
to
treat
customers.
At
least
open
ticket
orders
at
different
times
if
you
won't
invest
in
the
website!
