Unfortunately, from our point of view, it was absolutely disastrous. We had ordered a special wedding cake from the previous owner of the shop (Image 1). We knew the previous owner from a cupcake course and he was keen to make our cake for us. Unfortunately, for reasons unknown to us, he left the shop and "whatever your heart desires" said we shouldn't worry, the cake would be exactly as we ordered it. Unfortunately, on the wedding day at 1:30 p.m. the cake wasn't there as agreed. When my best man asked, he was approached rudely and, according to him, was fobbed off on the phone with the words "Calm down, I'll be right there." When I contacted him after the wedding, he told me my best man was lying. He would never have said that and would have left promptly at 1:30 p.m. Find the mistake, the cake was supposed to be there at 1:30 p.m. and from the conversation with the gentleman I noticed the tone he likes to use. Now to the important point. In our opinion, the cake was a disaster compared to the template (see photos). You can argue about optics, which is why the pictures are attached, but in my opinion you have to be blind to find professional similarities there. The important geometry is completely at the back (square instead of hexagon). Cake not matt black as ordered. Burj Khalifa should be finely painted on the side. Decoration was okay. I could have done the diamonds at the top better. The taste of the cake was good. All 3 varieties tasted convincing. Costs were €600, €100 was later given back as compensation.

Very large and lovingly designed selection of cake pops and cupcakes. The staff is very friendly, and a look behind the scenes is also very interesting. The price is absolutely justified for the handwork!

Today I picked up a themed cake for my daughter. It's crazy how good she looks! I placed the order on Thursday evening and it was no problem getting it ready this morning. The taste is also very tasty.

We ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday witch was not chip at all .. it looked really nice from outside .. but it teasted very very very bad .. the cake was old and we ordered chocolate cake but we got a cake full of butter instead .. really zero stars .. expensive and not teasty

I ordered two cakes with photo prints for my friend's 30th birthday - what can I say? Absolutely great!!! The cakes were super delicious and the implementation of my picture ideas was a perfect A! The price was also more than fair Anytime and always happy!

Wow. Wow. Wow! I was incredibly lucky with "What your heart desires". I needed 15 cupcakes at short notice for the same day and this was no problem for "Franco's Carambita Patisserie". The cupcakes were an absolute eye-catcher and tasted divine!! The guests were more than happy and my sister is still raving about it! Thank you very much for the great and, above all, fast service! I can't confirm what bad things are said about the staff here.

This pastry shop is simply amazing. My aunt ordered a four-tier cake for my wedding there and managed to get the cake safely to the location 300 km away the day before. That's where the worst nightmare came true; The cake fell to an employee and of course did not survive the fall unscathed. In desperation, my aunt called Mr. Zeitsmann and what did he do? He got in the car on a Friday evening and drove 300 km to the location, where he tried to save the cake on site. When he realized after several hours that it was not possible to get it back to the way it looked before, he drove 300 km back to Hamburg in the middle of the night (after sleeping for a while in the car) and promised that he would come back would be back the same day at 10 p.m. with a new cake. After a total of over 1,200 km of travel and countless hours of work, he was actually back at 10 p.m. on the day of the wedding and brought a new cake. The cake was an absolute blast both visually and in terms of taste. Lovingly and perfectly designed despite the time pressure, the cake was admired by all guests. I have never seen such a beautiful cake. Each of the four floors was a new taste explosion. Simply absolutely recommended. Thank you so much for this incredible effort and for this dream cake! :)
