I had a nice experience overall, the apartment are very spacious, clean and well accommodated, there is not much I the bathroom expect from shower gel but if you need more you can ask at the reception . The only inconvenience is that there isn't any room service and the Hotel cafe closes at 5.30pm so if you need late night food you have to go out but there are few Italian restaurants around.

Best place to stay and explore around hamburg. closer to altona and city hall which is primary tourist attractions. the view from the room to elbe river feels amazing. very spacious room with fridge, dishwasher and kitchen utensils, microwave for self cooking as well. provides free laundry, great customer service and very welcoming staffs.

We have noted the following about our hotel stay: Advantages of the hotel: • Large, beautiful rooms • Good view • Great location, within cycling distance to the city • Option to rent bicycles or bring your own Disadvantages of the hotel: • No cleaning at the hotel during the time you stay there - it would have been nice to have the trash emptied and refilled with toilet paper and dishwasher tabs - we only got extra toilet paper because we said we were running out completely • Noise from the cobblestones in the road by the hotel • Very expensive parking • Expensive hotel in relation to the fact that our price was without breakfast and without cleaning en route • Too few crockery and cutlery in the kitchen

Beautiful big family appartment (4 pers) - and really comfortable beds! Very clean, considerate design and quiet. The dark curtains were beautiful and made it easy to quickly go to sleep.

Clean, less beautiful than the other clipper but still great. The hotel was booked by my company. Considerate that you have to be there before 22h and the checkout is in the garage and not the lobby if you want to leave before 7h. The person in charge of the informations at the call office was not so reactive and not very helpful.

The location is perfect if youngest a room with some river view, the bus is right outside the hotel. Some features in the apartment are a bit worn now, like the shower door does not really close, the flooring is quite worn, the window seals seam to have a problem as the street noise gets thru without any problem. The service is a bit distanced, we asked to get our TV fixed as the picture quality was absurd, and the receptionist could not even tell if someone did take a look. But overall a great experience, just a bit overpriced for the quality.

Great Location, great stay, nice restaurants around and the best: vis-a-vis to the Elbe. Only things like dish washing cleaner, kitchen towel... and salt and pepper should be there in an amount that relates to your days of stay.

Wonderful hotel, spacious, modern and clean in a great location. The rooms were equipped with electric shades, music player, kitchen and everything you would need. We will definitely be back.

Really comfortable and well-designed! My rooms always had kitchens and lounges, spacious rooms. There’s also a summer terrace at the roof.

Great location and large clean rooms, if a little dated. The hotel is surrounded out back by other apartments, so lacks privacy without the curtains closed, which is a shame

So far the kbest home away from home when visiting Hamburg. Fantastic clean large rooms with everything you need. The service is amazing, and the views are unbelievable. There are great food options at walking distance to the hotel. I would book here again, and again, and again :)
