The
restaurant
has
some
classic
charm
to
it,
if
you
like
a
theater-like
atmosphere.
The
waitress
was
really
lovely
and
pleasant.
They
offer
a
wide
range
of
sushi,
even
keto
sushi
with
cauliflower
instead
of
rice.
Vegan
options
are
of
course
available.
The
dishes
taste
overall
pretty
good,
except
for
the
classic
sushi
types.
Rice
was
a
little
mushy.
The
egg
sushi
wasn't
soft
and
the
egg
layers
don't
stick
to
each
other.
Their
own
creations
are,
however,
pretty
tasty.
The
spring
roll
was
extra
cripsy
with
homemade
wrap,
which
I
really
appreciate.
Price
is
a
bit
high,
but
they
also
corporate
with
Taste
of
Hamburg
for
discounts.
They
also
offer
online
service
where
you
can
order
DIY-sushi
to
your
door.
Price
is
pretty
high,
but
interesting
concept
and
probably
good
for
people
who
don't
have
access
to
good
sushi
in
Germany.
