My
wife
and
I
were
looking
for
a
great
location
for
our
wedding
and
with
the
“Grosser
Michel”
team
we
found
exactly
what
we
were
looking
for.
The
planning
with
Martin,
the
ship
owner,
was
great.
From
the
very
beginning
we
had
the
feeling
that
our
wedding
was
the
focus
of
the
planning
and
Martin
contributed
greatly
to
the
success
of
the
whole
celebration
with
his
many
valuable
tips.
The
ship
is
great!
The
crew,
from
the
boss
Martin
to
the
captain
and
the
service
staff,
are
a
well-coordinated
team
where
you
can
feel
the
appreciation
for
each
other
at
every
moment.
The
service
staff
was
perfect,
incredibly
friendly.
You
never
knew
they
were
there
unless
you
needed
them.
There
were
always
fresh
glasses
on
the
table
and
you
never
had
to
run
after
anything.
This
was
fantastic
for
our
wedding
because
we
knew
our
guests
and
ourselves
were
always
in
good
hands.
The
trips
on
the
ship
were
also
a
dream.
Admittedly,
we
had
the
best
weather
we
could
have
wished
for,
but
even
the
worst
weather
couldn't
have
ruined
the
ambience
of
the
ship,
the
maritime
flair
of
the
Elbe
and
the
charm
of
the
harbor
at
sunset.
The
guests
were
thrilled
too!
One
guest
summed
it
up
well:
“Everyone
was
in
a
bubble
for
a
few
hours;
just
happy
and
relaxed.
We
spent
the
night
on
board
in
the
beautiful
cabins
with
the
closest
family,
woke
up
to
the
panorama
of
the
port
of
Hamburg
and
enjoyed
a
nice
breakfast
before
we
disembarked
again.
We
are
very
grateful
for
everything
and
wish
the
“Grosser
Michel”
team
a
safe
journey.
We
are
already
trying
to
find
a
reason
to
charter
the
ship
again.
