(Translated by Google) At least the emergency room should be avoided. The conditions are so appalling that it makes me write a review to save others from the worst. A visit there can be life-threatening even if you are not ill. because there is still an acute shortage of staff there. Ventilators cannot be adjusted, accesses cannot be placed successfully, the computer system cannot be operated properly. While staff superficially teach each other what they've found out at some point (or wait for someone else to feel in charge), the presence of a competent person in the room tends to be a matter of chance. The capable employees do a good job, but come across as irritable and ruthlessly overwhelmed. Tunnel vision and working to rule are the result and regularly lead to critical situations. After complications during a routine operation, I was taken to the emergency room and only a corona test was done. Of course, the particularly unpleasant one is with vomited gastric juice which is then drilled into the nasal cavity. I was only offered a urine bottle because I wasn't allowed to go to the toilet. Hours later that evening I removed the needles and sensors myself and the machine beeped its death signals while I packed up and released myself. I did not see a doctor during my stay. From the information they knew nothing about me. Neither from which room I came nor what should happen. I was asked something, but no one was interested in an answer. If I ever need a bed and bad food, I'll come back. I don't expect anything better here.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent work and professional service of the central emergency room at Asklepios Klinikum Harburg. In a stressful situation where I needed urgent medical attention, I was extremely impressed by the efficiency and care with which the entire team treated me. From the moment I entered the emergency room, I was greeted with kindness and respect. The staff was very well organized and immediately addressed my needs. The waiting time was reduced to a minimum and I was promptly examined and treated by competent doctors and nurses. The medical care was of the highest quality. The doctors took the time to explain my diagnosis and answer all of my questions. They exuded confidence and competence, which gave me a reassuring feeling. The nurses were attentive and compassionate, and their commitment to my well-being was evident. The emergency room facilities were also impressive. Everything was clean, well maintained and well equipped. The atmosphere was calm and professional, which contributed to my overall well-being and recovery. I would like to thank each and every member of the team at the central emergency room at Asklepios Klinikum Harburg. They gave me quick and competent help and helped to alleviate my worries and fears. Your professionalism and humanity made a huge difference to me. I can fully recommend the central emergency room at Asklepios Klinikum Harburg and am grateful for their outstanding work.

Today, October 17th, I went to the emergency room at 10:50 a.m. I had very severe pain, nausea, fatigue and wavy bulges on the sides, stinging, which lasted for several minutes, sometimes even 30 minutes. The nurse who now sits in the front rejected me at first. I should see my family doctor or urologist. I repeat my pain that I can no longer stand. I even threw up on the way here. The nurse rejected me again. I insisted .I'm not leaving .It's an emergency now. She rejected me again. For the third time. I demanded her name. She became very loud. Claimed I was screaming. No, I was crying 😭 because of the pain. I was crying because of the pain. Don't you see that...I can't take it anymore.I asked if I should cut my pulse veins here in front of you...whether they would take me to it. She just hissed at me: asked if I really wanted to wait 8 hours. I said to her so desperately, I would like to die, I can't take it anymore. . Sue Are they not human? What would they do? if you pain pain have .please have them Understanding understanding for that 🙏 Understanding. Why are they like that? I'm insured. I want to be insured nothing to them personally. After 20 minutes of discussion, I was allowed to sit in the waiting room against. At 12.15 I arrived The urologist Mr. Gazal helped me a lot and gave me good advice. Thank you very much, Mr. Gazal I didn't want to say what the inhuman nurse's name was. Some people I asked gave hints. How would they like her too? He examined me thoroughly. I thought I should go to the Mariahilf hospital. That's it

I went to the hospital due to an emergency - I had a high fever, a cough, and even fainted, possibly due to low oxygen levels. However, the staff, two ladies, seemed to misguide me and recommended going elsewhere. Despite stressing the urgency of the situation, they exchanged smiles and responded in a relaxed manner, as if it wasn't their concern. I call this shear negligence.

I have severe asthma and have often come to the CNS with asthma exacerbations, i.e. severe shortness of breath and circulatory problems. I was always seen and treated immediately. I never had to wait long. The doctors and nurses are very friendly and if you feel guilty again about having to come back to the ZNA, they always have the right words. I never had the feeling that I was in bad hands.

We went to the emergency room with my daughter today and I can't understand the bad reviews here at all. From the reception in the main building to the registration in the emergency room to the doctor, everyone was extremely friendly and we felt very well looked after there. With an ENT problem there was no waiting time and we were out of there in no time. All thumbs up! 👍🏻 👍🏻

(Translated by Google) A great insolence from the doctor. You have severe pain and you go to the hospital and you are sent away again and you have to go to the family doctor the next morning. Furthermore, according to the doctor, you should only throw in an ibuprofen, or you should expect a 6 to 8 hour waiting time, it's just rude to scare off the patients and get rid of them. I advise everyone against going to this hospital or to the ZNA.

Was ich vorher schon versuchte. Inkompetenz hoch 10. (Translated by Google) I drove to the clinic on Monday evening because of massive knee pain (left). There I came to the emergency practice. But instead of examining the knee, they did nothing to me except to knock silly words. I'm supposed to go to an orthodontist. What I tried before. But the waiting time is 2 months! Should I walk around in pain for so long? When I told her that I had this problem 9 years ago, and had physio and that it suddenly came back, she didn't believe me. Even wrote in her report that there was no effusion. She didn't even look! Incompetence to the power of 10.

(Translated by Google) Catastrophe in the ENT department, stay away from house 7, no matter how long you are in the ward, you will not see a senior physician, chief physician or professor where his name is everywhere, your entire stay is only accompanied by an assistant doctor, if at all they come in the morning ask how you're doing, that's it too catastrophic conditions (Original) Katastrophe die HNO Abteilung, halten sie sich fern von Haus 7 ,egal wie lange sie in Station liegen, sie sehen kein Oberarzt, Chefarzt bzw denn Prof wo überall sein Name steht ,ihr ganzer Aufenthalt ist nur mit asistens arzt begleitet wenn überhaupt kommen die morgens fragen wie es einem geht das wars auch Katastrophe Zustände

Was in the ZNA today, waited a total of 1 hour to register etc. The doctor was very competent and helpful. I was initially concerned about the bad reviews here, but I can understand them. My impressions of the ZNA are competent, helpful and surprisingly fast!

I find some of the reviews very frightening that everyone wants to be treated like a king, although there could be many emergencies and procedures along the way, which is why there is a waiting period. A hospital can never do anything for the shortage of workers. In addition, pain is of course a bad thing, but there are people who really have something life-threatening, but it goes without saying that it is taken care of first, since it can happen at any time, it can lead to a longer waiting time. I came to the ZNA and was treated well by the nurses. The doctors always played it safe and carried out several examinations, even if something was quite unlikely. I took it for granted that the nurses and doctors weren't available for a while and I had to wait on the stretcher, as there can always be other emergencies. What I found quite annoying, however, were the workers at reception. The eyes were rolled, facial expressions and gestures spoke for themselves as if she wanted to say 'that means you don't have to go to the emergency room'. Of course, I believe that people shouldn't come to the emergency room for every little thing. I've only been there 2-3 times so far. But I had acute shortness of breath due to an illness that medication didn't help. The doctor told me afterwards that I should have called an emergency doctor because it could have turned out very badly. (Despite the acute shortness of breath, I didn't call because I thought that other people with worse accidents could use it a lot more). The receptionist was clearly annoyed by my presence and I was only admitted when her colleague noticed. I was immediately connected to equipment, so the emergency was obvious.

(Translated by Google) The photos say everything for lunch there was a sandwich, in the evening 2 slices of bread with the edition you can almost read the newspaper, the same goes for breakfast. Unglaublich und unfassbar schlechte Gastfreundschaft. Unglaublich lange Wartezeiten.

(Translated by Google) The hospital has done really well. No more comparison to the previous 15 years. Modern, bright, no more typical hospital rooms. I can only recommend neurosurgery. Very competent advice and quick processing. Despite Corona, the sisterhood is very nice, empathetic and almost always in a good mood. The only drawback, therefore only 4 stars, was the security. They should train their employees as soon as possible. After all, they work at a hospital and not in jail. Inconsiderate, disrespectful and unkind. It's only about 2 employees, not all. I wasn't directly involved. (But stood right next to it) Otherwise very nice stay in your hospital.

Absolutely inhumane conditions. You are not taken seriously there and you are not valued. You are looked at stupidly and “labeled”. I can understand that many “hypochondriacs” visit the CNA. However, every complaint from a person should be taken seriously in order to insure themselves.... Therefore, someone is made to wait for 5 hours out of pure reason and then gets an easy discharge. In addition, the information in the protocol is not true. A blood count was also requested and assured that it was in the envelope. (Of course there were no values in the discharge letter) Ps: Suspicions were confirmed in another hospital and fortunately I was treated in time.

I've been sitting here in the emergency room for over six hours, nothing's going on here... Everyone's probably gone to the golf course... The working hours here are terrible, my discharge has already been postponed... Well, as long as the patient is here, he brings money to the hospital...

The conditions there are catastrophic, there are no doctors to be seen anywhere, there is rubbish and tissues everywhere, the toilet is completely full of vomit, which looks as if someone had vomited there but no one cleaned it... The assistant doctor was unfriendly and rude , some confused junkies or mentally ill people walk through the corridors with their coats half tied up and making noise or shouting, no one feels responsible for anything... The health department has to check it out, it's just disgusting and disorganized...
