This was a great winter family outing. The lift is nice when you don't feel like trekking uphill. At the top of the hill you can take it with caution and inch over the top, or you can take a running start. If you really want some speed the attendants at the top will give you a push or mix it up by putting a spin on it as you sail down the hill. The lane dividers let you enjoy the ride without worrying about a collision. If you want to go down with a friend you grab a handle on your tube and one of theirs and enjoy the ride together. I found this gave a nice variety to the experience. There is a bathroom and they sell concessions that you can eat outside. We really enjoyed our day at Koteewi!

This place is so fun. Its small and simple and no bells and whistles but the kids loved it. Advice is to go early so it doesn't get too crowded and 2 hours is plenty of time with younger kids. Buy your tickets and sign the waiver online before you get there. There is no age limit for the fun but everyone does have to sit in their own tube.

Very Disappointing. We received an email two days prior saying they would be open on Monday the 26th. Nothing in the email said that their rope tow was not working nor the kids area was non-existent. We traveled a total of three and a half hours to walk up a hill a until we were tired. Even though you paid for a two hour session, most people were leaving in the first 20 minutes because they were tired of walking back up the hill. When you arrive at the top of the hill, it is not clear how to get into one of the four lines. Once you figure out to make your way across the back of the confused people, you realize that the far end line rarely has anyone waiting. With the collecting $30/hour times at least 150 people/hour, you would think they would have more money in the budget to employ at least two more people for crowd control. Two at the top (each one staging two lanes) and two at the bottom (one to keep the other company) is not enough. I was going to ask for a voucher to come back if they ever get the tow rope working but I really donโ€™t want to go back.

Horrible experience! Sat for an hour in line waiting to ride a slope. Asked for a refund and was lied to and told there was no manager there. I left a note and all of a sudden a man came forward claiming to own the place. Told me he wouldnโ€™t issue a refund or make up for the horrible experience. Then he called me a liar. The entire place was pure ice! My 8 year old son was so disappointed and once in the car said he never wants to go snow tubing again. I highly advise not wasting your money here!

We had a great time. We celebrated our sons 11 birthday. We went from 4-6 it wasnt windy or too cold. The flow of all the riders was great. Everyone had fun.

Came two days after a large snow storm, had an absolute blast. Staff was so friendly and helpful, lines went super quick to go down the slopes. Only thing I wasn't crazy about was the hike up the hill to go down the slopes - they did have a lift, but sometimes the line was a little long and waiting cut into the two hours.

I am so impressed by this place. They are clean and very friendly to everyone. I had purchased 2 tickets for my boys and they both ended up with stitches these past two months and couldn't go. The staff was amazing at helping me get this taken care of. Thank you from one stressed momma for making this the easiest thing to take off my plate. You don't understand how much that means to me.

So much fun! Great staff. Cool tubing slopes. Went on a weeknight when the crowd was minimal so we were able to tube as much as we liked.

Loads of fun for people of all ages. The tow lift was broken the last time we went, and although we don't always use it, it can be much easier for those without great hips, legs, etc. Price is a bit steep but not outrageous.

Closed But Full Price: A staff member apparently had a panic episode during our 2hr window, and several staff went inside and shut off the lift. Nearly an hour later they didn't restart the lift and almost everyone left from being tired walking the hill. No medical help was ever called. The group of staff simply never came back out leaving the lift off. The lift was closed from 5:50 until at least 6:40 (when we left), not 15 minutes. People are paying to hot lap a hill with a lift. If you can't deliver that you need to consider refunding people who almost all received few runs and no lift. We understand your staff issue, but you need to understand we paid for a service we didn't receive. The hill is also smaller than the pictures make it appear. 2/6 lanes were open tonight with no lift. Updating review to 1 star due to rude text replies and zero responsibility for being effectively closed while keeping our money.

This is such a fun family experience/date night/girls night/etc. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The tubs are great quality. The sledding tracks are fun and fast. You can wait in line for the tow rope or just walk up the hill. Also has a convenient bathroom facility and plenty of parking.

My family has been to Koteewi several times, snow tubing and zip lines. This trip was rather warm, but there was plenty of snow here! As the day cooled, the hills were getting faster.

We loved it, I think they could use a bit more organization at the top of the hill to designate which lane you are waiting on. Most of the staff was younger and not able to effectively control the crowd so there was a lot of "cutting" overall it was a great experience!!

Yeah...that was awesome. Hill was packed but no real wait times. Tubes were fast...really fast - and large enough to accomodate kids or adults. BTW...after you've gone down the hill...MOVE OUT OF THE WAY!!!!

Wasn't feeling it. Nobody was checking tickets, I'm sure there were way too many people in our session. People were going down about 5 times in two hours. Very inefficient at the top of the hill, just a cluster of people. Could be much better if they organized the lines. Takes way too much time between runs. Great idea: have three lanes that are just rapid fire down the hill. Must be 18 and sign additional waiver.

Not too far from where I live.....staff was friendly, kids had fun and the COVID protocols were safely enforced. Tube lift was awesome and relaxing. Will return again...btw the weather was perfect

It was fun but really crowded which made for a lot of standing around. It's nice you could take the lift or walk up the hill. They have a small snack bar and camp fire going. The hill is steep and also long so you go pretty fast and far. Overall I was fun but 2 hours is a long time
