This store is not really a retail shop. However, they can help to create any kind of jewellery you want with whatever material and embellishments. My husband custom made my engagement ring and wedding band with them. They are detail oriented, very friendly and created exactly what I wanted.

First visit to this shop, very positive! He replaced the clasp on my gold chain while I waited, and more importantly, replaced a chipped stone in my ring. WOW! Best experience I could have ever hoped for. My diamond fell out of my engagement ring. They were able to secure the diamond on the ring setting right there on the spot while I waited. I am beyond floored by the service of this incredible family! I popped in today in a panic because I needed help with a broken clasp on a very sentimental piece of jewelry. I called the store first and they told me to come in, it would likely get fixed same day. I asked for the cost range and was given a very reasonable range of $40-60 to fix depending on how complex the problem was. I popped in, was seen right away and the dad in the back immediately tightened the clasp on both sides so tight that I wasn't even able to get it off (this is what I wanted!!!) they also polished it for me too. When I asked how much I owed them for their service they said NOTHING which was to me, insane because I was happily prepared to pay for this peace of mind of fixing something that in my heart was irreplaceable. I will absolutely be back here for any future jeweler needs and will 100% recommend them to anyone who needs tending to their precious metals and stones. This place is incredible.

I have been here many times and they never disappoint, I had two rings that I had received from my grandfather before his passing, they were old rings he had gotten when he first came to Canada. The rings were gold and not solid so I had ask them to combine the to rings and add a little more gold. I expressed the importance of using my grandfathers gold and they understood and took my request seriously. They also engraved a cross on the ring and re-set the diamond and the price was extremely reasonable also they do customer service better than anyone else. If you need some jewelry to fix, create or need to add anything to any of your valuable pieces these guys can be trusted and your mind can be at ease. I highly recommend these people, good morals, respect and always sympathetic to your situation.

Ron is absolutely amazing!! He is the most friendly and hilarious person. I was laughing the entire time there all while he was helping me with my engagement ring, wedding band and my necklace. My rings had to be cut off due to swelling and you would never know. They look perfect and brand new! The price is great. I will always go back to Gold forever jewelry and repair for any needs!

I took my favourite gold chain into be repaired as it had broken. I expected I would have to leave it and return for a pick up. To my amazement and pleasant surprise, it was repaired in less than 10 minutes, and at NO charge. These guys are wonderful. Down to earth, honest and so nice! I would not hesitate to recommend them and return for future purchases and repairs.

For my girlfriend's birthday I wanted to get her family ring repaired but I wasn't sure where to take it, and I only had a few days to spare. I called around and a few places told me it would be about a 7-10 day turnaround. I called Gold Forever and Ron told me it would be done either that day or tomorrow. I brought the ring in that afternoon, and sure enough the next day it was ready for pickup. The ring looked brand new and was completely fixed and perfectly polished. She was thrilled to have such a special piece back and she's worn it every day since! Would highly recommend these guys for any jewelry work you need. I'll definitely be going there for future work!

Great place! I got my engagement ring sized a whole size down. They were so quick and even cleaned my ring. When I got home I thought it was maybe still too large, but I was really busy and put off going back for over a month. When I did go back they were able to resize it again another quarter size down and unexpectedly did so free of charge.

I absolutely love this store. It is run by the sweetest and most helpful family. The owner took his time to show me every vintage ring they had and replaced the gem a with a crystal to make it to my likely. I have also gone for several necklace repairs and they are always fantastic. I wouldn't go anywhere else for jewelry repairs. Cannot recommend this place enough

If I could give higher then 5 stars I would. I went it and had an amazing experience. The customer service was great. I have been having trouble with my wedding set they where so helpful and knowledgeable. The owner took the time to explain everything and was so friendly. They did an amazing job on resizing my rings of the 3 bands. My experience was 10 out 10. So friendly, helpful and just amazing people. I would 250% recommend them for anything jewelry related. He fixed my rings within 3 hours and they look absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough about the service
