I needed a ring sized 5 years ago and was so impressed with the level of customer care, knowledge and store inventory that we have been back many times since finding this gem. My wife and I picked up our wedding bands today and could not have been happier with the work and professionalism of Soheil. We originally went there to get my wife's engagement ring polished (found on a Google search) and decided to use him for our wedding bands. Great choice! My husband and I used rudix for our wedding bands. The owner lovingly measured my extremely difficult to replicate ring (it was custom) and created the perfect chevron band to accompany it. He also melted heirloom rose-gold for my husbands band which was always his dream. I get complimented constantly on my rings and my husbands unique piece. After smashing my engagement set at work I brought my rings to Rudix. The owner was extremely helpful. Turns out the ring was not fixable due to channel settings, and that a new setting would have to be made. The craftsmanship of the 'new' ring was impeccable! I can't tell that it's not the original setting which was very important to me. 5 star service all around...I was desperate to get my rings back before I went on vacation. The store was closed on the day i needed to pick it up. The owner came to the shop on his day off just to help me with that. Prior to this transaction I had used Rudix a couple of times for watch maintenance. I highly recommend him for that too. Prices are very reasonable and the owned was very personable

I had Soheil design an engagement ring for my girlfriend (now fiance!). I had chosen a base design for the ring from the rings on display in store and, after thinking about it some more, expressed concerns on how the final ring design would look. Soheil took my concerns into consideration and designed the ring to match what I was looking for. The ring turned out fantastic and my fiance loved it. The process of selecting and finalizing a custom design for the ring was wonderful. Soheil explained everything thoroughly and he kept me up to date throughout the process. Highly recommended!

I was looking for a medic alert bracelet that would not fall apart almost as quickly as I bought it. Luckily I found Rudik jewellery online and ordered a real gold one at a reasonable price. The owner was great to deal with and ensured that everything would be engraved correctly. It was shipped to me quite quickly after completed and I am pleased with it. I can't begin to tell you how thrilled I am to have found a place that knows how to handle antique/vintage jewelry. I specifically came here to have an antique stickpin (the fox) converted into a pendant, and on another occasion - a new bail and jumper on another pendant (the art deco star). The finish on the back of the fox is so well done, you would never have imagined it was originally a pin. Soheil and his team are so lovely and approachable. Both were completed and ready to be picked up within a week, fantastic considering the busy holiday season. From start to finish, Soheil made sure the vision I had for each piece was as accurate as possible and they did not disappoint.
