    We went to buy a small cross for my friend's little daughter's baptism. Brenda was such an amazing customer service personell. She gave us such value for the money we were going to spend and was very patient during the whole selection process. She showed us many options and helped us match as well. We ended up buying a beautiful butterfly rose gold necklace and a gorgeous watch for my wife as well. Awesome service by all the ladies present there!!!

    Domt recommend michael hill for your needs. They have the worst customer service and support if there is any. We bought a ring and didnt wear it for a day and has been with michael hill after it was damaged during resizing and has been gone for repair again and still not upto the mark. We asked for a refund now bcz it dosnt looks the way it shud be and is clearly visible. They wont give us the refund, neither do they have the capacity to repair their own caused damages. More than 2 months we have been fighting the store and the customer support in Canada and the US. Not a single solution that works. They jst took out money and dont care. Please go to some other store. Worst experience here. Completely worst. Dont let anyone tell you anything else. Dont buy!!

    The word amazing is not enough to describe our experience at this location. My Fiancé and I were shopping for an engagement ring, when we found ourselves in Michael hill. We got to look around at some rings before Natasha approached to help us out and I'm glad she did. Natasha was beyond sweet and patient with us. She answered all of our question with ease and made the whole process effortless. Not only was her knowledge on the products thorough but so was her commitment to get to know us as individuals and a couple. although the focus was on my wife to be she also got to know me as well which was nice since I was flipping the bill hahaha. Natasha was quick to price out different options for us and show us what each piece would cost. While she was in the back gathering information or other products Kyle (another sales rep) would come over and keep us company. showing us even more products and keeping us entertained. all and all it was the best experience I've ever had at a jewelry store. and I HIGHLY RECOMEND them.

    My Fiance and I went into Michael Hill to shop for our wedding bands. As a young couple we find we are not always taken seriously but we were beyond thankful that Geraldine approached us with a glowing smile. She not only worked extremely hard to find the rings we absolutely loved within our budget, but took the time to get to know us as a couple as well. She was so welcoming, and so thoughtful! I cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and making our experience so special! I highly recommend Geraldine to anyone looking to purchase at Michael Hill :)

    Michael Hill exceeded my expectations. Was shopping around for wedding bands. The customer service here was amazing and topped any of the competitive stores I visited beforehand. Alexandria helped my fiancé and I. She was amazing with helping us figure out what we were looking for. Great value for beautiful, high quality jewelry. We really enjoyed our experience with Alexandria as she is so lovely! She also offered to clean my engagement band which pleasantly surprised me. I can’t wait to pick up my wedding band in a few weeks. I will absolutely be back and using Michael Hill for all future jewelry needs. Thank you again Alexandria 🤍

    Brenda could perhaps be the best sales representative I have ever encountered in my entire life. She went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect gift for our mom. She certainly needs to be promoted so please “store manager”, I’ll appreciate it if you can adhere to my request. You won’t regret it❤️❤️

    Natasha was the greatest ❤. We couldn't have asked for a better person to handle our visit to the store. She was excellent with us, and excellent with our rambunctious son. She helped us pick out the perfect rings! While she worked with us she was calm, collected, gave our little one a pen and paper pad to doodle with. When I went back to pick up our jewelry after sizing she remembered us, and was so kind. I highly recommend this location, and Natasha to assist you! ❤

    I came back to get my engagement ring sized, look at a wedding band for my fiance, and look at watch he also wanted. Natasha and Kyle had helped me before in December with my own engagement and wedding ring selection and sizing, and today I was graced with their presence again. Natasha is so honest and sweet; when I was looking at another wedding band (we're having 2 weddings in case my Nonna passes before the one we'd initially started planning) so he can slide one on my finger each time, she didn't sugarcoat it and explained which rings looked best and fit with the set we'd already purchased, and why. She also helped my fiancé pick his ring because he was caught between black diamonds, two tone and standard styles. Natasha was so helpful, taking into account watches he has already and his general aesthetic to make sure that not only would he love the ring he was getting, but it would match him everyday. When it came to the watch, Natasha even said she could order it for us and keep it in-store until we could make it back. Kyle has been so helpful and such a cheerleader for us through this whole experience as well. I don't care if I move to tim-buck-two, I'll get on a plane and fly to Limeridge if I need any jewellery because Natasha and Kyle are the only people I want to deal with from now on. The amazing experiences I'm having here are piling up, and I love it.

    I’ve had the worst experience of my life here. I don’t recommend anyone waste their money here. I bought a wedding band from here, debated purchasing the warranty as the ring was already way over budget (you’d think that a diamond store would offer that on their rings). I ended up buying the plan thinking maybe I’ll need it in a couple years so to stay on the safe side, only to have to use it ONE MONTH later as one of the stones fell out. I was honestly so upset. I took it in and they sent it to get fixed, came back with two different coloured diamonds on the band. It was soo evident. When I told the lady who gave me the ring, she completely shut me down “it’s probably the lighting in here, please sign here.” Fast forward another two weeks and the same diamond fell back out. I’ve escalated this issue and the team is working on it through email but I just wanned to express how upset I am at this. I didn’t think that paying so much money for diamonds would end up like this. I don’t even want this ring anymore, it’s absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER be back here. And I’m interested to see what’s gonna come out of my complaint.

    Amazing service ! Tyler was so kind, humble and soft spoken. Made sure that we were comfortable and showed everything what we had expected. I would highly recommend this store..been to so many Michael hill stores but staff have never been this polite !

    Tyler from Michael Hill at Limeridge mall was WONDERFUL! He was so patient, polite and very knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable and showed us a plethora of ring options. Would shop here again simply because of his customer service.

    Feeling very upset by this store and company. I bought an engagement ring 12 days ago. The sales woman Brenda could clearly see that we were unsure as we kept saying maybe we should leave and think about it, being a good sales woman she convinced us to buy the ring and kept saying that we could return it within 30 days. 12 days after purchase, unworn and still wrapped up how they did it at purchase, I tried to return it. Of course now they're saying they can't take it back and need approval. I don't understand why they're giving me such a hard time. I feel completely lied to with nothing I can do about it. When I called customer service they told me the store had to handle it. At a loss for words with how devastated I am by my experience and the lies they tell you to get a sale.

    Visited this location last week to pick out my engagement ring with my fiancé, and had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Brenda. She was absolutely wonderful and helped me find the perfect ring. I went back and forth between a few different rings before going back to my very first choice. She sized me and was extremely patient by walking us through the payment process and explaining the 10 year care plan. Thank you so much Brenda for such an enjoyable experience :)

    My partner and I went ring shopping this past black Friday and had the pleasure of working with Sweta. Sweta was very kind, considerate, and thoughtful about our choices and preferences and never pushed any item onto us that was above our budget. Overall, Sweta was very professional and also provided great customer service which made us feel very comfortable despite it being our first time there.     A huge shoutout to Brenda and Tyler. They are so kind and patient. Tyler made sure that I like what I'm getting, I moved a lot between the options given but never once I felt rushed. He's just the sweetest. Everytime I shop there they make sure to give me the best experience. They make sure the needs are met. I've been to this location a few times before and Brenda has always been there for me making sure I'm comfortable. My boyfriend was here last summer to meet me for the first time and I was glad that she was working that day. She is just the best! Making the environment lively for you putting you in the best mood. I also like the fact how they give time to the presentation of a product, how they handle it so gently, put it in case, making it look all pretty and nice. I love the people working here so much! Truly one of the best customer service I've received.

    Went in to look at wedding bands for myself with my fiancé. We had been to a couple other Michael Hills to look and just get ideas, but Brenda at the location was by far the nicest employee we had the pleasure of dealing with. She was extremely helpful and nice and we decided to purchase my ring at this store because of that. Thanks for all of your help, Brenda!

    I got a ring as a gift from this location last year which I wore it maybe 5 times the whole year and literally just 2 days ago a diamond fell off the diamond has life time warranty They know it’s their product and they are telling me to show receipt when it’s a gift Who the hell gives a gift with a receipt? I’m not longer in contact with the person that purchased this ring and Michael Hill refuses to fix the ring They have this ring inside their store priced at 2500 plus tax. You spend so much money and they refuse to help you out. So disappointing with their costumer service

    Terrible customer service and organization. We went to get my fiance sized for a wedding band. We found a ring he loved, but it wasn't in his size. Because it was titanium, we were told it couldn't be resized. The sales associate Pina said that she would be able to order the ring he wanted from another store, and we were told that it would be about a week to get it transferred. We get a call 2 weeks later and it turns out they ordered the wrong size for the ring, and in the time it took for them to realize it, the right sized ring had sold. Now we're pressed to find another ring for him for our wedding and running out of time. Oh, and we have to travel all the way back to Limeridge to get a refund on the deposit. It's 2023, do better.

    Was looking for a couple rings for my SO and I came to Michael hill hoping I’d find some rings that suit her. I was very impressed with the selection of rings they have and purchased two. I appreciated the time, care and effort the staff (Portuguese girl, don’t know her name) put into my needs. Great experience and would recommend to anyone for their jewelry purchases!

    I bought a necklace for my fiancé there in 2018. The lady told me not to bother with a receipt when I bought it. That you’d be able to find it under my name. Low and behold. You guys don’t have it on file. Will not be buying ANYTHING from there and wouldn’t recommend them as they obviously aren’t organized. The lady that I went to to get it fixed KNEW the necklace was from there.

    Yesterday I was informed by my sister that my niece spent almost 700$ on a gold necklace at Michael Hill in Hamilton Limeridge Mall. I was shocked at the price and that she spent that kind of money on one purchase (she’s a young teenager who works part time and has a debit card). When I got the full break down of the situation, I was disgusted at the tactics this Michael Hill employee used to take advantage of a teenager to spend $665.00 on a necklace…. when she only went into the store to get her gold ring professionally polished and cleaned. How can someone, an employee and representative of a big brand jewelry store take such advantage a teenager who to her core is honestly a sweet heart and doesn’t like to say no. This employee deliberately and strategically suggestive sold to a minor so she could make her commission!!! Now if it was her using her training on an adult sure that’s your job. BUT ON A CHILD?? She went so far as to get my niece to get a 3 year warranty on the necklace for an additional $65.00. Thank you to the associates who issued us a full refund with out question. But this staff member needs to 1. Be spoken too 2. Retrained on customer service skills and knowing your target customers!

I reached out online@michaelhill .. nothing helps .. even they don’t receive any reply from store .. reached out customer service .. all they had to say is the store will handle this .. and when it comes to store … I tried emailing store .. they won’t reply you back .. all I had to do is go back again and again to the store and ask .. they offered the ring after polishing … again it was bad .. it was clearly visible .. it’s been two months now .. neither I have got my so called NEW ring nor any refund ! Worst experience !

    Recently went to Michael hill to have a ring sized, Judith was amazing with her customer service, Kyle the manager went above and beyond for us as the ring was a few sizes too big but was able to get the approval to have it reshaped and resized and didn't over charge us, actually gave us a great price, Tyler assisted with the ring pick up and was a great help and had excellent customer service aswell. The three people we dealt with all made us feel welcome and comfortable and kept us informed during the entire process. Will definitely be going back again as the ring came back absolutely perfect to fit, super polished and the diamonds sparkled beyond imaginable. Thank you guys for your excellent customer service.

    Geraldine and Kyle helped me out so much to find the perfect gift for my girlfriend for Christmas. After exams I was in a big panic to find something amazing so late to Christmas and the 2 of them stepped up and made it happen, I wanna personally say these 2 deserve the recognition for all of the hard work because without them I wouldn’t have the Christmas gift I dreamed of giving her. I will definitely be back for any future jewelry!
