Rude, very unprofessional and took my chain and gave me garbage fake gold. Unsattified with that as well as him telling me it was my chain, when Peoples jewelry DOES NOT have the stamp of Turkey on the clasp!!! That was a gift from my grandma that is now passed away. I hope you read this review and be careful when getting jewelry fixed or buying from this scum bag!

This, by far, was the best Jewellery shop experience I've ever had. He had a great selection at fair prices and always gets in new inventory. I bought my wife a pair of earrings from Mike's Jewellery for our anniversary. Although she loved the gesture, she wasn't quite satisfied with the design. We went back, together this time, to exchange them for a pair that she might have preferred. Mike was so courteous and helpful when it came to exchanging for a new pair. He really went above and beyond my expectations for customer service and reliability. I can't recommended this place enough.

by far the BEST person to go to for the most elegant and shiny pieces. I purchased the 3rd and 4th chain (gucci and baby gucci chains) from him and wow, am I impressed. I may have been a bit of a “Karen” making sure the length of the third chain (mask pendant) was sitting perfectly. He was 100% more then helpful, offering different ideas as to how we were going to accomplish the perfect length for me. He cut links, formed new ones, tried loops, hoops, and every other avenue! He was extreamly amazing with his work and willing to make his customers happiest with their jewels, I will always come back to him for ANYTHING regarding solid gold This place is top-notch with the sparkliest pieces. Very, VERY pleased today :)

Rude and Unhelpful! I've called with an inquiry and because they don't provide the service they didn't even bother helping me out and pointing me in the right direction, when asked if they know of any other places in the area that could provide this service I got a very blunt and rude "Go somewhere else". Glad I didn't have to deal with them in the end.

Mike has been working at this location for several years I noticed. He always has great customer service skills and a friendly attitude. I have got work done on my chain from him twice and ever an issue with the results. I'm a frugal person myself and I find his price the best. I also brought some of my old gold and he gave a excellent cash return. Over all its my best place to go. Hope this review helps

Brought in my ring to get repaired, made sure to ask ahead of time how long it would take ad it was my grandfathers ring and I hadn't taken it off since he passed away and wanted to have it off as little as possible. Was told it would be about 30 mins and cost $50. No worries, as long as it gets done idc about it being a little pricey. Come back 30 mins later, told it'll be another 15 mins. Come back another 15 mins later, and the door is locked. I'm then told through the door that they didn't have enough material to finish it, and it'll be ready in 2 DAYS! I was already really upset by this, but I didn't think there was anything I could do about it, so I sucked it up and dealt with the anxiety it caused me. I have my partner go back to pick the ring up, and it's still not even touched. Decided to take it to another shop to actually do the work. Overall, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere, at least for jewlery repairs.
